We checked in on the 23rd of August and immediately we didn't like the room which was very outdated and terrible. We complained and they promised to move us the next day but they didn't. Poor Management and the lady with the short hair lack initiative plus she constant lie to us. I would advice please stay away from this Hotel. 
The room is very messy with loads of stains on the wall plus you will find spiders on every corners of the wall.
I am very disappointed I chose this hotel and would like to have my money back. Our Holiday  has been ruined.

Poor Room Quality and Poor Customer Service 😢 

We stayed 3 nights in the quadruple room, as it had balconies. The triple room would have been in the attic with no balcony so we chose the quad room. The room was big enough, 2 bedrooms although the bathroom is a squeeze.. The beds were creaky but comfortable. Had air conditioning so that was good. The rooms are covered in a dark brown carpet, which makes it look dirty. The carpet probably was dirty as there were dead mosquitos on the walls. Clean wood floors would have been nicer to look at. There were small things like a hole in the wall, the paint on the balcony was rotting, carpet on balcony manky etc. Really need some tlc and get rid of carpets. Had a fridge on the floor(looked bad) but no kettle. I asked for a kettle and cups, (us Irish love our tea) and was given one, which was nice of them.
Had breakfast, which was constantly refreshed, but only continental really, only bread cheeses, salads etc, Did have scrambled eggs but not the best and boiled sausages?? Could have done with bit of fruit salad and maybe croissants. Good sized mug for the tea though. Didn't eat there any other time as the bar was dead, (again think a bit too far for my liking) and when I say far it is not really it is just that that side of siofok is only houses, apts or a few hotels so who is going to walk that way??
There are 8 lie down sun beds only. That is not enough for a hotel with a lot of rooms. the pool was clean though but sitting on metal chairs is not ideal or comfortable.
Says wifi, but jesus it was bad.. It says in public areas I know, but was trying to book a bus and couldn't get internet. Asked at reception to be told, there a lot of people downloading movies etc so it will be slow?? Not good enough really, get another router or whatever is needed.
It is in my opinion on the wrong side of Siofok. It is a good 20-25 walk along an endless road with nothing but houses, whichever way you go. 
All in all the hotel needs a good clean and upgrade to 21st century.
I would like to go back to Siofok but would stay near the centre or Petofi promenade (at least a 20 minute walk passing bars and life isn't a chore.)

Budget

For 100 € for 1 person one would expect something. But really not a never renovated room with carpets, light enetering the room when it's on in the hallway, nor a bath without any protection so water is all over... 

Poor value for price

Szupergyors kiszolgálás, finom ételek, kedves kiszolgálás. Ajánlom mindenkinek, aki egy jó hangulatú étteremben töltene el par kellemes percet. 

The service is outstanding. You will eat the most unique chicken currey here, guaranteed. The waiters are kind and always smiling. They are willing to cope with your weirdest requests. Recommended for everyone.

Családi ebéd 🤩

A hotel that hasn't seen an update since the 80s (or maybe 70s). The rooms are adequate but below standard (we had 3 rooms),  the breakfast was good (the coffee however was horrible),  and the restaurant served decent dinner entrees. The staff was very helpful and nice. It has games for the kids, a trampoline, and a large pool (not heated). The lake is 5 min and the golden shore is about 25 min walk. This hotel is much cleaner and better than some on the Golden Shore. A huge plus is that it had AC and free Wifi. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Ok Hotel near the Lake

This is a good hotel. Although the rooms are dated and need some work overall there is what you need in there. 
They have a good size pool and also the breakfast is also good. 
Overall it's a good location to the Lake and not too far from the centre.
