Excellent staff & delicious food
We stayed one night in the hotel, the room was nice authentic Hungarian style. The bar man was so helpful and lovely, he set up the hot tub and sauna for is then we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Plus the wine was the best we had in Hungary. Must try the cheese soup. We stayed another two nights in our van in the car park. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. Shame it was too cold for the pool. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Authentic Hungarian hotel, lovely food and staff

This restaurant has fantastic flavours, you'll get what you have craved for. We just loved it! Try sesame chicken with tzatziki! Heavenly and delicious! As a plus, the view is stunning, and there is a pool, staff is polite.

My family and I stayed at Vandor Vigado on our way back from Croatia. Immediately after arrival, we were very nicely welcomed by the staff and the owner, Karol - a very nice man :) The facility itself is located a bit off the beaten path, but in a quiet area.

The rooms need a bit of refreshing and therefore a slightly lower rating, but overall it's good for one night. There was no air conditioning in our room, only two fans, which made it very hot at night, especially in the upper part of the room, directly under the roof.
On the first floor, right in front of the room, there is a kitchen with a microwave and a large fridge where you can store food.

You can easily use the swimming pool, jacuzzi or even sauna. All these attractions are available immediately after arrival. In front of the building there is a large, free parking lot and a large garden, where you can, for example, play football. There is also a large terrace with tables where you can eat outdoors.

And now the most important thing - the food :) It's delicious, everything is fresh and served really quickly. I highly recommend Spicy Langosh, a large potato pancake with pieces of meat in a spicy sauce. A really big portion, hard to eat. 
The children ate just potato pancake with cream and my son admitted that it was the best pancake he had ever eaten :)

Finally, I would like to thank the staff, the waiters were very helpful and described each dish we asked about in detail. Of course, we communicated in English without any problems.
A huge thank you to Karol, the owner. A very nice man from whom we received home-made wine as a farewell gift, and let me remind you that we were only there for one night.

I recommend Vandor Vigado and if we ever pass through the area, we will definitely stay at Karol's :)

Delicious food and nice owner

Restaurant is absolutly good! Food is tasty and people is kind and available, unfortunately they dont speak english... About rooms... Terrible, in one week no cleaning, no clean towels and toilet paper
