Very well located on the main street, large parking space a few meters away, very good reception and clean spaces. Kitchen, toilet, shower on each floor. The number of rooms is limited, it remains a quiet place.

We stayed 2 nights the location is ideal the rooms are clean and nice the common areas are clean and convenient I recommend 100% the bakery downstairs gives us a discount and a free coffee for a review on the guesthouse

It's a great stay.

In our stay in Akureyri, we stayed in this central place with easy parking area that is only paid for weekdays from 10 to 16 hours. If accessed by a few codes that mail you so there is no reception. We knocked on the last floor and since we didn't have an elevator we had to climb many stairs. The room was the best, very nicely decorated, cozy and clean. Instead, the common areas were left to be desired. The dirty kitchen with the fridge full of food from previous guests who never emptied despite having many expired meals, the bathroom was not bad at all but needed more cleaning. Still, it was the cheapest stay of our trip so it would definitely come back.

Cheap and centric.

In the center of the city. Nice restaurants and cafes close by, as hof cultural center (free parking 24h). Clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen full equipped.
Friendly staff, in conclusion super recommended!

Great Location

We arrived earlier and left the bags inside and that was amazing! Later we did a pretty quick check in and everything seemed as in the pictures. Nice staff, clean kitchen. 

We asked for one bed instead of the original three and answered quickly saying it was done!

Nice room view to the Main Street and nice bakery downstairs!!!

1 night stay

Excellent place to stay. Very central location and helpful staff. Easy checkin/checkout. Showers, laundry, kitchen on every floor. Would recommend this place to anyone whether staying 1 night or longer.

Great Place to stay

We arrived late in Akureyri and were not sure what to expect. This place seemed too good to be true for the money. Very clean and comfortable beds, and kitchen facilities were a bonus. Also very friendly staff.

A great find

Very centralised and very good price-quality ratio. The best travel bed and shower and bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms. The only problem is that I had to pack four floors and it was hard to pack. There is a discount for the room just below very good quality.

A good option in the center.

Very clean and spacious room. One of the nicest guesthouses we've visited in Iceland. The staff were all very friendly and the check in process was nothing less of a breeze. The location as well was close to the center and we enjoyed walking to restaurants nearby.

Clean and spacious

We decided to spend the night here spontaneously and found a clean and spacious room. We checked in after the reception hours, but this was no problem either. The keys were put away and even in the morning you could go back quickly.
