Disappointing. We stayed in Cozy apartment 1. There is graffiti on outside of building. As you walk in youre confronted by the smell of poor drainage.  When queried we were fobbed off and told it was the sulphur smell in the water, which it isn't. Although the apartment is advertised as having a refrigerator it does not contain a freezer within the refrigerator. Within other properties which we stayed stating a freezer included doesnt occur. When queried we were told pretty much bad luck, no freezer. The pillows are terrible - flat. This apartment is near the entrance to the two apartments upstairs so when other tenants come in its very noisy. We checked around other accommodation as we were so disappointed by this one and wanted to leave the apartment but were told no refunds.

I stayed with my family at the Odinn Reykjavik Apartments for one night back at the end of June.  We were in the ground floor apartment, which was spacious, nicely appoint and clean.  The apartment had a small living room/kitchenette, as well as two bedrooms.  The first bedroom had a queen sized bed, while the second bedroom had a full sized bed as well as a bunk bed in the room, perfect for my kids.  All beds and beddings were high quality and comfortable.  The shades worked well to keep out the continuous sunlight and let us get some good sleep.  The bathroom served us well, and was finished nicely.  The location was perfect.  Super close to main areas of downtown Reykjavik, but was in a quiet area, with easy and affordable street parking.  The host/owner was slightly slow in responding to some of my questions, which was my only negative to say about this accomodation.  Overall, I highly recommend.

We stayed at Odinn for a short family break, family of 5 so the ground floor “cosy” apartment  was perfect. Easy to access on arrival and very clean. Some basic items already there which was a great help. On the first night someone in one of the other apartments set off the fire alarm and a member of security was straight onsite. 
We had also booked a private airport pickup with Odinn tours and Heimir was waiting for us on our arrival, he was welcoming, friendly & very knowledgeable giving us lots of local info - excellent door to door service, even waiting to check we had got into the apartment ok. 
Location was perfect, close to shops, cafes, restaurant and also main bus stops. 
Would definitely recommend

Great apartment.

We were with a group of 11. The appartments were ok to sleep. It needs some fixing, since stuff is broken or a bit old. One appartment had a room with a small 2-person bed and a bunkbed. The rest of the bedrooms were with 2 beds. Seemed the sofa and the windowsill were beds too. There is a TV and dish washer. Hygienic was good. 

Appartment in the middle of Reykjavik

Couldn’t fault these apartments which are across the road from the Ódinsvé Hotel which has a bar/ restaurant called Snaps that is available for breakfast and meals in the evening.

Apartment has a tiny room with sliding doors for the main room which the bed just about fits in end to end. 

Our other participant got the double sofa bed in the living area which he said was very comfortable. Rooms were large and plenty of space to cook, bathe, eat and sleep if you weren’t out around the streets looking around!

Very warm from the geo thermal heating system running under Reykjavík so definitely needed in the winter months. 

This is located close to the main shopping areas so you don’t need to eat and drink in the hotel with everything so close even the main church is only a 100mts away. 



Comfy

Perfect location, right in the thick of it. Everything with in reach and close to bus stop 3 for pick ups and drop offs for tours and airport transfers.
The apartment was just right for us, 1 adult and 2 older teenagers. Clean and very comfy beds, kitchen had everything you needed. TV has Netflix which was a bonus for down time.
