Pathetic hotel services,staff behaviour are irresponsible and they said that food will be delivered in room and later refused
The bathroom flush doesn't work and shower has a limit of hot water
Only 1 charging pot in entire room and the fan switch broken

Worst hotel experience

Misleading pictures on Makemytrip. Very Dirty, dusty, unhygienic and poor staffing. Totally misleading.  Booked 2 non refundable rooms for my family on Nov 1st through Makemytrip and upon seeing the hotel condition of front desk, lift, rooms, bathrooms we checked out immediately. Mattresses thrown out near lift. Lift to our floor wasn't functioning. Bed had dust on them, Linen was dirty and used, Bathrooms we're dirty, had no amenities. AC wasn't working in one room. It was a dingy place. It was simply unusable.  

Fab Cheating- Horrible Hotel

It was a very bad experience for us. I booked the hotel after seeing pictures at TripAdvisor and Goibibo. However, the pictures  shown here are not how it actually looks. The hotel is right on the main road with no hotel boundary. it is a very shaddy place. I Can surely say that it was worst hotel stay till date. We were alloted two rooms. Starting with the first room, the bathroom was very small  which is not shown in hotel pictures available on Goibibo and TripAdvisor. The room key was not working and hotel didn't have a spare key and they refused to get it fixed so we had to keep the room open at all times for goin in and out to avoid calling hotel everytime to open the door. Since the hotel is on the main airport road and windows are not sound proof, traffic noise was too loud whole night. In the second room, firstly the washbasin tap only had hot water, when hotel person tried to fix it, water stopped coming. On asking, hotel said that main overhead water tank is out of water and they have started motor and it would take sometime to get back the supply.  After using bathroom for sometime, it started choking and whole floor got filled with water. By that time we were very tired of calling reception and opted to stay in the same condition. The hotel has 2-3 people on service and they aren't professional at all. The cutlery provided for dinner was dirty. Although hotel has a restaurant but it is not working and they source their food orders from neighbouring restaurant.

The worst hotel stay I ever had

Had a flight early morning from Ahmedabad while coming from Bhuj so booked ourselves in a hotel near airport. If you book through OYo, it will be little cheap. Food was good and stay was absolutely comfortable. 

Decent stay at comfortable price

Location is close to airport and close to main road. Room was fairly decent but the bath toilet was a bit too small; but considering the budget what more can one expect. Surprisingly towels were clean and white. You will get a mouldy smell.Did not check the Wifi. Breakfast is very basic indian fare.

No Proper Room Service!
Their Staff don't know how to behave specially that Taklu Manager. I guess they don't know what's Hospitality.
AVOID.
Worst Performance by Hotel Kyra. I hope they see this.

One of the worst Hotels I've ever came across.

The room was small then what I had imagined, the toilet was a bit leaky also. Although the hotel has a restaurant attached to it the staff at the restaurant is not good at all.

In case you order something from the restaurant you need to pay in cash every time as they would not take the amount at checkout.

When I checked in I was given 2 bottles of water (500 ml each). In the evening I thought they must be having 500 ml bottles only I asked them to send me 3 bottles of water. When I found out that the bottles were of 1 litre I asked the staff to leave 2 bottles of water and cancel the bill for 1 bottle. 

The manager at the restaurant refused to cancel the bill and asked me to pay for the 3rd bottle also (which I had to ultimately pay)

In the morning while having breakfast they had an option of tea/coffee/juice in beverages and when I asked for juice that was also declined citing the reason of non availability (they have a very limited menu overall).

The hotel staff was very helpful
