Good Hotel in heart of the city .Average rooms staff is good and coperative .Some work needs to be done by the management for cleanliness front.The location is excellent and in the heart of Ahmedabad and business area.

Good Hotel for Short Stay

Complete boutique of services offered by hotel n located in center of city, purely value for money... Food was outstanding. Best part was that hotel is operated under supervision of owner.. N he was very cooperative. it was business trip and for Businessman its really very safe and convinient

Value For Money

I saw 2 mouse roaming in restaurant and the staff looks shabby no one is bothered to welcome and the taste of food is 3rd class pls look into this . And train the staff about payment system he said for small transactions we dont use atm pls give me a break i have never seen such type of staff anywhere. 

Worst place i have ever seen

As I was on training for my department in Ahmedabad i had to stay in hotel for long duration. I was looking for a hotel which was near to my training location at Ashram Road. After searching for few days and looking online I narrowed my search to few hotels and Parth residency was one of them. After reading a review online I was a bit apprehensive about the same but decided to give it a go. Check in was quick and I was allotted room no 103. I found the room spacious enough especially the bathroom unlike the few hotels running on the first or second floor of some commercial complex. This hotel- parth was an entire structure dedicated to hotel. The staff was courteous and room servicing done every day. What I really liked was that hotel was on prime location on ashram road with good connectivity to airport, railway station, paladi bus stand and off course my training center. The hotel is very near to Gandhi ashram and riverfront which could be nice escape destination for people like me who don’t want to be confined to just a room. The hotel has a very nice restaurant attached, I being from Delhi find food to be of major concern but here food was great and rate were decent and when compared to other option on ashram road I would say very competitive. There are things which I could point out in negative but that would tantamount to nit picking which I would avoid. All in all it was nice experience overall with good room in budget, nice food, good connectivity even at 3 am and courteous staff.

Long stay fir training at ahmedabad

I wonder how come so many positive review for this property.

Based on these reviews,I've booked my stay in this property through Agoda 3 weeks prior to my arrival date.

But to my surprise at the check in on my arrival date, there is no executive category room is available. This has been informed to Agoda on the very day of my booking 3 weeks ago itself. I discussed with the owner over phone and he said I have to pay in full  for the next category room as they didn't receive payment from Agoda. I told their owner that I didn't receive any communication from Agoda about non availability of room. But he was adamant either I pay in full or leave. I am not a frequent visitor to Ahmedabad and had business appointment in the next hour. So I agreed to pay.

But to my surprise when I checked after few days, asked for their communication to Agoda that they had informed about non availability of rooms. To my dismay they showed a copy of receipt of payment from Agoda on that day when I booked. Agoda deducted certain percentage from what I've paid to Agoda and paid to Parth. So they wanted a difference from what they got from Agoda and for the higher category. I've paid the balance amount.

Pros:

1.It is on the main Ashram road

Cons:

1.When I checked in pillow covers, bed sheet and bed spread was dirty. Asked them to replace. They changed the pillow cover immediately.They removed bed sheet & bed spread, brought back the same as fresh one.

2. Ants on the table and wash room wall

3. Noisy AC that will ruin your sleep

4. The owner is a cheat and certainly rip you by unethical means if you book a base category room

Suggest travelers never ever try even for a night's stay.
