Overpriced for what it is.... very run down, no where near anything particular and the day before we arrived they emailed to say they couldn’t accommodate the 4th night. Lucky really as we soon realised we wanted to leave early- which we did after two nights. Staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice.... rooms again where ok but dated the pool is right next to a lot of construction . Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s just for one or two nights and you are not too fussy

Not great...

Good location opposite the beach, however we could not see the sea as described from the bungalow.
Fresh water everyday. Good toiletries. 
The gardens in front of the bungalow were beautiful and well tended. 
Staff were courteous and obliging.
Rooms comfortable, however they needed some attention for repair and a deep clean. Good aircon.
The WiFi dongle was very good, however we needed a charger, which we had.
We had drinks at the restaurant which were delicious, however we didn’t eat there. Alternative places to eat nearby. 
We didn’t stay around the pool as there is a substation next to it unfortunately, however it looked clean with comfortable sunloungers all the same. 
Would stay again if needed to.

Staff is always fighting among each other and manager scolding in front of the guests. Very unpleasant environment.
You keep ordering things from the restaurant nobody cares. 
Gross mismanagement! What type of hotel runs out of milk and eggs at the buffet breakfast time!!
Please save your money, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Horrible service!!!! What a waste of good location.

I traveled to kerala recently and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It was worst experience i had. Let me start with location. The hotel is exactly next to beach and it has main road in between which is always have traffic. Adjacent to hotel is beer and wine shop  where guys come and drink. Though we had no problem but it still feel bit of insecure. On weekend crowd gather here making it very noisy place. Beach is absolutely not great, no clean, water is not clear, even beach is not flat to swim. Instead please go to Marina beach and select hotel there. 
Coming to room, it was dirty, smelly and suffocating. They provided towel which was had hole in it. Bathroom stink a lot. There is no freshness at all in room.
Same thing with restaurant, ambience is below average, no freshness. Food quality is not good at all. 
Though swimming pool is there you won't want to go inside it, so its just to showcase. Only positive thing was staff had good behavior and service was prompt. 
So overall i had very bad experience and i would recommend not to go with this hotel and specially alleppey beach. Go to other beaches in Kerala.

Worst experience

We had 7 days/ 8 night package with keshavi tours & travels where suffered lot with this hotel.
This place isn't suitable for family.
Food was worst and service at down to zero level.
Only one man check out 5 rooms took 1 hour to shift our luggage.
No welcome drinks or interested to serve one glass of water.
We complainted them about their harrasment and they simply said our manager left since 2 months and only receptionist handling all of it.

Worst place of Kerala visit

ok, need to improve and maintain the bathrooms. service is good. At the reception staffs are very cooperative. swimming pool no restrictions for time. Overall the place is good. Food to room service is little late.

Family trip

We stayed here for two days, the food, amenities and service was a major disappointment. From leaking Air conditioner , electric kettle which was not working and pathetic food we had a terrible time at the resort. I will never recommend this property to anyone. The landscape is not properly maintained and the room service is not worth mentioning.  Electricity disruption is a regular feature. The WiFi too is no good. The breakfast was awful. The dining area is not hygienic.



Holiday @ Alleppey

We wanted to enjoy our stay here in Alappuzha. We really did. However, the hotel was a disappointment from the moment we arrived.
We stayed at Panoramic Sea Resort (Nextel Group) on the 11 -13 May 2019. While the plus points for us were value for money ( good rate) & location of the hotel. some negative points to note which made our experience an unfortunate one: the air conditioning did not work after power went off on first day and the same thing happens in the second day also. Big ants are running every where inside the rooms Photos attached. Kettle is not working properly. We also had an extremely unpleasant experience on second day with the security staff. when I complaint against him the front office staff and the manager in charge both of them told me that he is like and and please cooperate. They are also having problem with him. This is the first time I heard a complaint from the staff informing that their colleague is like that. Very Strange. Also I tried to reach the property owner as advised by the front office staffs but she didn't pick my calls. Not even a courtesy to call me back.

Value for money But bad experience...indifferent staff

I would recommend this resort for family and couples who are all want to stay with clean and peaceful surroundings. Exact opposite to allapuzha beach. Staffs are really good and friendly. For better environment this is one of the best option to stay in Alappuzha

Awesome Resort to Stay

I went to this with my family and have informed the hotel staff clearly about our arrival time but still the rooms were not arranged properly and when we have asked for few things like bucket and all they said they the house keeping staff left for the day and you will get this next morning!
Next morning also they have not provided anything.

We have asked for all out or anything to kill mosquitoes but even that was not provided reason being all the rooms were occupied and they were not having sufficient all outs.

Breakfast was also not that great with very less options...
