This is not a resort though it has resort in the name. It is an old lodge looks like renovated. 5 stars for the location. Right on the beach and has private access to the beach. The upstairs rooms have balcony and all have nice sea view. Plastic chairs and table placed there so that we can sit there and enjoy the sea breeze. 
Rooms are OK. Hot water available. They have a small private carparking too. Foods were not available due to Covid. There was no TV in the room.

The hotel is extremely well located on a perfectly clean and quiet beach, with large rooms, terraces for each room facing the sea. The owner is kind, attentive, kind and exceptionally available. Very good and very cozy lunch served in the room. Heartbeat.

Extra

Small hotel with limited facilities but good for short stay. Hotel is next to the beach and few eateries around. Beach is mostly without crowd so good for peaceful unwinding and reading also. They provide decent breakfast. Staff is very good in helping you. Rajkumar is a very genuine and great guy. 
All the rooms are facing the sea and they have ac rooms as well.

Good for short stay

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights to finish a self drive holiday in Kerela. The location is brilliant, facing the beach but away from the main beach area that gets quite busy in the morning and evening. I can't fault the staff at this hotel and the owner is an exceptionally nice man who can't do enough for you. The rooms are clean and the water is hot, the TV didn’t work in our room but who cares when you have the sea on your doorstep and a beach facing balcony. Parking is available and there are some excellent food premises within a short walking distance along the beach flip flops in hand. I especially recommend the Catamaran Café which is a minute walk across the sands.  Breakfast is served on your balcony - pure heaven

Fantastic

A great value for money, balconies are beach facing and sea buzz all the time will indulge you if are a fan. You can explore the local tourist attractions like RKK museum, Boathouse rides, Ancient temples, Spa centres, and nice fish curries. Everything is nearby, Rajeev Thomas has been great guide everyday who made us explore places in Allapuzha. Do stay in Holiday Beach resort if you visit Alleppey. Great hospitality and good room services at a very reasonable price. I'm very grateful to Mr. Rajeev, thank you so much sir. Hope to see you again.

Nice beach view resort

This hotel is fortunate to be on the beach, with a beautiful view, in a position where the quality of sleep is excellent because at night there is only the noise of the waves. Too bad, however, because it is unattended... The structure needs to be arranged, a bit of color and care in general. Our room with sea view was quite large but with only 2 power outlets, air conditioning and ventilator, ants that roamed all day, even inside the suitcases. The bathroom is ok but no hot water, it was not even warm but cold! For those who have to wash their hair and those who suffer from the cold is a problem! Even in the bathroom ants in the sink.

Try to get better!

Staff was courteous. Limited amenities were provided. We booked through OYO which later came to know the hotel is no longer accepting via that agent. Provide rented bike at decent rate. Also provide options in breakfast.

We booked a room 1 week before with advance of Rs 1000 ; But due to unavoidable situation we have to return back from Munnar.

I called Rajeev ji to cancle our room; at 11.45 am just 15 min  before  our scheduled check in.;

Without any question / debate  he Refunded Rs 500 in my account 

"Ammount never matter  but the Honest Response do matter......"

Honest Management

Good value for money hotel just on the beachside. Sound of sea waves can be heard from the room. Beautifully view from d room. No restaurant in d premises. Morning breakfast is provided by the hotel. Less crowded beach.

Aleppey trip

We spent 3 nights at the Holiday Beach Resort, as we were spontaneously looking for accommodation on the beach in Alleppey. The room was clean and basically unobtrusive. In the immediate vicinity is the Cafe Catamaran, which in a relaxed atmosphere prepares very delicious food. The only negative aspect was that the air conditioning system initially fell off permanently, which was very uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, it needed several strong indications from the (and most friendly) staff to restart the security that was responsible for the outages.
