I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arcadia Regency Alleppey last week. The hotel is located in a scenic spot near the backwaters, and offers a variety of amenities and services to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the buffet had a lot of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the spa facilities. The hotel also arranged for a houseboat cruise and a sightseeing tour for me, which were amazing experiences. I would highly recommend Hotel Arcadia Regency Alleppey to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Kerala. I give it a 5 star rating without any hesitation.

Best place to visit in alleppey 

Returning to the  lovely hotel that my husband and I visited   a few times, , and a little treat for my niece, could not believe the state of the place.it looked as if they had striped the rooms, including the fridge, and just left it bare, with 2 beds, and ofcourse, filthy net curtains. What a let down.I thought that the pool would make up for it, but alas, what we saw , disgusted us  there, with rubbish in it, and surrounding area,  the same. It's time they changed their Web site, because they still have the swimming pool, etc..and lovely rooms. A real No No, and it's time all these sites, go and inspect all the hotel rooms, before recommending to people, as there is too many disappointments, with people paying for these hotels, that don't live up to the description.

A Lovely Hotel Destroyed.

I visited on 25th Dec. The Hotel breakfast timing is from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. I was in the shikara ride during that time. I called the hotel at 9:30 AM to accommodate for breakfast as i will reach around 10::15AM. 

When I reached the hotel at 10:15 AM and asked if they can provide breakfast, the resturant guys were so rude and served mentioning these are the left food which we can give. The quality was too bad and the behaviour was worse.

Please think before visiting the hotel as the room are also very average quality and staff needs a lot of improvement

Bad Experience

For a price range and a tag that the front office desk projected (4star) it's just good to be called a bed & breakfast hotel. The first impression as you are about to enter the room is that of entering a moss filled room. The entrance door would never close and had to take the help of the room boy to get the door to close. The wait staff used to forget orders that had been placed through the room service and had to run back to get the right order. This hotel would be just ideal if you are stuck in Alleppey with no other hotel choices. Not worth it.

Bare minimal Hotel

The room we stayed was good. The bathroom is a bit small and congested.the restaurant was ok. We didn't get any authentic Kerala food in there.Room service was prompt.But no room boys to shift luggages.

Rooms are okay but room service staff is not cooperative... Do not expect to swim in pool... I think it's better to take house boat rather than this hotels... Although food is good... Near from alleppey boat rides.. on the main road so u can easily go anywhere by walk

Not good

This hotel claims to be a Four Star Property however it can't even be classified. Almost all staff is amateur. Receptionist Rano is quite rigid while offering options. When we requested to let's view rooms of different categories before finally paying for one, he was too reluctant initially, & later with a abysmal face let's do. Staff at restaurant doesn't bother even to put Cutleries over the table, much to our surprise they don't even understand a soft drink may be served in a glass with lime & ice. Curtains at places are torned, main lobby has no fan & air-conditioning, even on of the couches over there has a torn seat. Moreover how can one in hospitality sleep while some of their guests at are too hungry to sleep, they're just not bothered. This seems to be a hotel & experience too costly even for free. In no case this can be a classified hotel. Despaired 0/100.

Disappointing - 0/100

Checked into Arcadia at noon only to realize the shower and the flush doesn’t work. 
Requested for a room change. The lady in the reception was extremely rude and made things worse. Pathetic. We refused to leave the reception until someone came with us to fix the problem or change our room. While we were getting into the life with the maintenance person, the ladies made a rude comment in Malayalam. Not knowing or knowing that I am a malayali.

Fush doesn’t work and receptionist lady is rude

It was a god hotel but the maintenance is poor. Furnitures have chipping everywhere. No AC in common area although it used to be a centrally AC hotel. 
They have  restaurant and the food served is good. 
Inspite of drawbacks the staff tries to please you

ONCE GOOD NOW WORN OUT

i will not recommend this hotel for family. I my daughter and my aged parents checked in to the hotel after a very tiring day for one night. we were given a family room which was not all all goo. though the room service executives were quite decent and tried their best. Lift was not working. thanx to god we did not stay for more than one night.
