We attended a marriage @ Metro Star. Staff is unaware of hospitality. No services. No respect. All guests are unhappy. I would like to Mark 0 or negative but the rating starts from 1. They don't deserve positive feedback

The worst place

Found such an awesome deal under budget even at that most beautiful city of punjab having good locality as I have been searching and hardly got it but it was blessed and praised to have it was great joy

Awesome experience

I would not recommend this hotel for family members, worst ever experience, the hotel manager was very arrogant in his reply & just refused to cooperate with us. Services were pathetic, the rate quoted was CP+, but the hotel does not have kitchen. When ordered for breakfast , there was no response for almost 2 hours. AC not working , when complained was raised it took two days to attend the complaint. 
No safety rules are followed, my family was stuck in the lift for almost 30 mins & there was no support by the staff present. 
My personal request to all travelling to amritsar, Please do not stay in this hotel..Its a nightmare you shall experience.

Worst experience

I booked hotel by Goibibo 2 rooms for 2 families 7 Apr to 9 Apr 18  but I reached at midnight manager denied our booking and offered us same rooms in higher price I called many times Goibibo call centre but at last I stayed other hotel much higher price and Goibibo cancelled our booking only say SORRY 

Don't book by Goibibo 

we were here for one night and it was very very good. the rooms are really clean, its quiet, and the stuff is very very nice with you.
also, the stuff is very helpful in finding places to visit and they are trying to give you the best solutions anytime. 

Book this hotel! 

During our Amritsar tour (July 01st- 04th July 2017), we stayed in this hotel. We booked this Hotel from Oyo rooms, fare was Rs 900/-night. As for per Hotel rule Check in time was 12 but we reached there by 07 am so they charged extra 300 Rs. Hotel location is near by Amritsar bus stand. You can hire Rickshaw from there in 20 Rs only. Hotel room was clean but was very small in size. Television was not working; rest things like Fan, AC extra was working fine. Hotel staff was co-operative but I would like to share few things like water is basic thing that should be available in the room but we call twice just to avail the water. Hotel cafeteria was very small, there was no sitting arrangement. In breakfast they had only 2 things I. E. Parathe and break jam, tea was very patethic. 
My experience with this hotel was not up to the mark. 

Stayed in Hotel Star Metro Inn, Amritsar

We recently visited amritsar and booked this hotel through oyo. We are a family of three from Chennai. This hotel is definitely worth every penny you pay. The rooms were very neat and restroom was very clean. No complaints against the rooms. Full points for location as it is right opposite the bus stand and near the gurudwara and at the centre of the city.
But more than the rooms and location, what I really liked about this hotel was the helpful staff there. They arranged transports for us for sightseeing at a very nominal rate. They also picked us up from the gurudwara at 1.30am. That is how helpful they are. They have their own autos and cars so transportation wont be a problem when you are visiting amritsar.
They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food too was great!
Overall, a very happy and memorable experience all thanks to the very kind staff here. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
