I had booked three rooms and they are very very small but location is near to golden temple this is the only plus point  Then again I had to visit Amritsar in December 2023 so I booked it again and paid advance for my visit . By chance I happened to call them first they said they didn’t have any booking when I showed them my booking they said owner are charged and we would not honour booking and they insisted to cancel booking but it was too late for getting room near golden temple so I insisted to keep the reservation and there was one man he said we have to pay 100% extra per night   . One person Rahul and Thakur used faul language Never go to this hotel they didn’t keep their word  hope less people to deal with I give minus star to them

Hopeless people don’t know how to do business

We arrived at Amritsar the day before the Parkash Parab, which led to difficulty in reaching the hotel. Staff helped us at every step, starting with dealing with a recalcitrant taxi-cab driver, to  helping us with our luggage and even the less mobile among us across jam-packed streets. The rooms are well furnished and clean, the washrooms are, too. Rooms are centrally air-conditioned and hot water is available round the clock. The greatest advantage of the property is its location just outside the Golden Temple complex and takes you all of three minutes to reach the inner courtyard.
Positives: Location, cleanliness, very helpful staff.
On the downside: Small rooms, all rooms don't have view, no kitchen or dining room — food is brought to you from outside, so it takes a long time to reach.

Basic, comfortable stay. Gives you your money's worth

The hotel price not on the expensive side but the facilities were poor. Many items were not working, likes power sockets, mini fridge, fan etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bonus treat will be the top floor resting area, you are over see the beautiful Golden Temple in full view.

VERY BAD HYGIENE STANDARDS
This hotel should be closed down for hygiene reasons. Dirty blood stained sheets and other human fluids and hair. Lonely planet staff obviously have not stayed here in some time despite advertising it in the 2019 edition. The paint job on the walls beggars belief - it looks like the painter did not remove anything from the walks and painted the curtains and mirrors etc on wall. We left the hotel and didn't stay the 2 nights we booked. In our rush to leave we forgot our laptop. The manager was honest in that she contacted us to let us know she had our laptop however refused to give us a refund.

Nice place and easy to walk nearby. Golden Temple is just nearby and all public transport is within walking too.
Hotel is ok and nice for 1 to 2 days stay. The breakfast is nice and fresh. This is a must try thing.

Nearby to Golden Temple

Good location but horrible hotel which is such a shame! We arrived late in the evening and were shocked by the disparity between the descriptions advertised and the reality! We had pre-paid for a “superior room” and were placed in a dirty, cramped one. The sheets hadn’t been changed, the bathroom was filthy and the electronical sockets were too scary to use! When we complained, our sheets were changed with damp ones. We canceled the next remaining three nights but were not refunded our money. The overall condition of the hotel was shabby and dirty. We did not risk eating the breakfast as the standard was so low. The view of the Golden Temple from the top floor was diminished by the surrounding squalor of the hotel. Such a disappointment!

Don’t be Fooled by Posted Picture of Golden Temple

This hotel is extremely close to the Golden Temple. You can lie in bed and listen to the holy hymns. The view from the rooftop is a million dollars especially at night. I sat up there for hours just taking it all in. Amazing. The other big thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. They are very helpful. I felt very safe and cared for there. Yes sure the bathroom was not as clean as mine at home and I always wore my flip flops when showering and the room had a slightly musty smell. I would have liked to be able to open the windows but the bedding and room itself was very clean. I went to the border ceremony with the hotel tour and highly recommend the service I got. For the price this is an excellent option.

Everything I asked for

This could be the perfect option if you want your hotel close to the golden temple, amritsar. They have all the facilities and you could find clear and hygiene room. Very humble and quick staff service. They also have a rooftop where you could have a beautiful view of the golden temple. 
If you’ll go for this hotel, it will cut your other expenses like travelling to temple etc. 
so highly recommended place!
