We had great time staying at this hotel. The room was perfect with amenities and facilities. The service offered was quite good. The reception provided us with a welcome kit containing brush, paste, shampoo etc. Wifi was wonderful.

Perfect room with good service

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sham Regency It's central location gave us easy access most of the significant places in the city, like Wagha Border & Golden temple, The hotel offers a cuisine which offers authentic Amitsari flavors. 

The rooms are spacious equipped with all the modern facility and more. The rooms are large enough great for couples specially those travelling with children. 
The bathroom were also spacious, neat and clean equipped with all the necessary amenities available.  

Additionally the staff members were very helpful and cooperative, I had wonderful experience with them and encountered their humble approach to serve better. They also gave me accurate guidance to explore the city appropriately and directed me well to the local markets as per my shopping needs. It is so nice to get this extra info and helped us a lot, really appreciate it.

We never had such pleasant stay previously and would highly recommend this hotel to most of our family and friends.

Amazing Experience.. Awesome Hotel

A good hotel (by the looks) worsened by poor a service & maintenance. AC not working properly even after continuously complaining for about 7-8 Times within a 2days stay. Bathroom had a bathtub but can't use it as the plug wasn't there. Horrible food. Complete no-no.

Not worth

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for one night in early May - we were very glad it wasn't longer. Our rooms were not clean (very dusty), her bathroom had a major leak and in both rooms the aircon wasn't working properly - a bit of an issue when it's 41 degrees outside - we complained twice before there was any attention. There was a lot of maintenance going on, so maybe the hotel is upgrading, but in the meantime I wouldn't bother. In addition, the hotel while close to the railway station is some distance from the Golden temple and there's nothing of interest close by. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Advantages:- Near from Amritsar Railway station,3km approx from Golden temple,
