A super comfy beach cafe, food is average but the setting is nice. Good for drinks. They perform some ritual pooja in evening, never seen any such ritual on a sea side. Senset views are near perfect. A very relaxed and a chilled out evening. Have high up beads(traditional floor sittings) with charging points at every table so if is a good bet to charge the devices while having a drink. Cocktails are very average, food service takes forever and 3 out of 7 times the orders were wrong.

I had a great experience at this place.  The whole staff is totally amazing and very kind.  Its really classy place and food is awesome .. Owner is very nice gentleman and genuine person.. 
I will definitely plan to stay next time as it feels like home away from home..

Wonderful experience

Tantra Beach Shack is on a small lot on the top of the beach in Anjuna. I spent one night here in a "tree house room", which is an elevated platform that has cushions and a mattress with curtains for privacy. Open the curtains with views towards the beach. The shack and huts are placed in two rows towards the beach, meaning there could be other platforms in front of yours which will block a clear view. Bed was open air with a mosquito net. Toilets for this style of stay are in a separate elevated shack. There are other options of stay. 
Location is good with Curlies and other shacks close by.
Overall a unique experience waking up to sand and beach at your feet.

Tree house on the Beach

This place is a gem! It's less crowded than the other beach huts.
The owner trains his staff really well, they are polite, helpful and genuinely friendly. 
Rooms are in tree houses or beach shacks, which are really cosy and all have mosquito nets.
The common (shaded) area is even more cosy, with low tables, colourful cushions and amazing views of the ocean.
The beds on the beach are free and all have umbrellas. They serve you where ever you're sitting. 
It's the only place where they hold a short evening ceremony to thank the sun.

Best place to stay on the beach

We found this place by chance and loved it from the word go. Always used it when on Anjuna beach. There is a lovely tier of chill out areas with good rugs and cushions - the perfect place to relax out of the sun and enjoy their excellent food and drink. The service was excellent throughout and their menu and prices were really good too.

Probably the best bar on the beach

Went in may and although it was probably not the most popular month to visit enjoyed my time there. The hotel is very cozy and the huts are amazing, just bear in mind that you will be in touch with nature so there is a big change of encountering little lizards. In my case i shared my bed with a little mouse. But it wasnt that bad.
The food is excellent and the people working in the hotel is very good.
If you want to just hang around, rest and enjoy nature at its best, this is the place to go.
