Wonderful place. Cordial staff, good food and very good service. Gardens near the rooms are also well maintained.

 Overall a fantastic experience.

The access to beach is very close. Also it is clean and the sunbeds are clean. There are life guards around as well.

Workvacation

Hello , we stayed here for 2N/3D in the beach Villa !! Must say that everything I.e location / rooms / staff / food was simply outstanding ! The only disappointment was the morning breakfast , it was really pathetic ! Dry Poha / broken omelette/ average sausages / horrible porridge / Hard Parathas and chewy sabudana vada’s over the period of 2 days ! But the food besides breakfast was simply impeccable ! When asked about such a drastic difference between breakfast and other meals found out about 2 different chefs ! No wonder ! Was evident ! Ketan at the front desk was again extremely helpful with a huge smile always ! 
Will I stay there again ? YES FOR SURE !

Lovely stay !

The atmosphere, bungalows, staff, food, location- everything AMAZING 😍 we will most definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beach is clean one not crowded. Thanx to the hole staff for making our stay so nice. See you again!!

Two weeks in paradise

Excellent location, right on the beach, very courteous staff.
I stayed at the beach cottage “Rosy Slow” and the view from the cottage was lovely. Their restaurant is one of the best on Ashvem beach as it has a ground floor and a first floor too. You can just sit on the first floor and relax for many hours. 

They might want to improve on the services within the room as they don’t have some basic things like - bathroom slippers, coasters, dental kit and even for water you have to go to the water filling station outside your room.
They charge exorbitantly, equivalent to 5 star hotels but these basic things are not present in the room. You may also find cockroaches often within your room. We had a frog in our bathroom too who lived inside the planter kept in the bathroom!

Excellent location | Very courteous staff | Cottages need improvement

We stayed for 10 nights in February and could not fault our experience at Palm Grove from the warm welcome by Mahesh, to all the staff including housekeeping and the gardeners, everyone had a really positive attitude. We loved the restaurant, the menu was varied and the food and beverage were of a very high standard. 
The room was delightful with a very comfortable king size bed and mosquito netting. We loved our terrace looking out into the garden. 
We have been staying on this beach for years and this is my favourite destination by far. We can’t wait to return.

Paradise in Ashvem

This property and the 'shack' along with it came in recommended and we were extremely happy with the view from the upper deck of the shack. Before we get to the shack, the entry to the place was interesting as well. The entire resort and the pathway to it was lush, with lots of greenery around. 
The view from the shack is simply outstanding. Perfect to watch sunsets! 
The excitement turned a tad disappointing (hence 3 stars) because the food was extremely ordinary. More importantly, the prices were over the top too. 



Perfect for sunsets! 

This is a beautiful property on a very clean and quiet beach! We liked the design of the rooms, which are very comfortable. Each room has a lovely little patio where you can read and enjoy the sea breeze. The service is great and the beach views are stunning (you barely have to walk 15 steps to be on the sand). The food and drinks were great too but found the breakfast to be hit or miss. We had an odd experience with high tide totally flooding the area with the beach chairs but the hotel staff rearranged the chairs and made it work. I highly recommend staying here and eating at the nearby restaurant Gyatso. 

Great place!

I came back to the Palm Grove as a guest after visiting to have lunch one day five years ago. I had been so impressed by the ambiance, the lush garden, the service and the food and wasn’t disappointed… it’s clearly one step above all other hotels and restaurants in the area and has a small boutique feel. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are comfy and very stylish. The staff are super friendly. No complaints, will be coming back!

Total paradise with exceptional style and great service!

Beautiful location and amazing cosy beach villas. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. chilled beach and just a short walk to some great bars and restos along the beach. So perfect and highly recommend! Great food at resto and staff super friendly and accommodating. 
Cannot wait to go back !!!

worst experience, highly priced, not worth the money, rooms are very small, we can get a beach front with a private pool for that price. 
they gave upma and poori for breakfast which wasnt great 
there was no tv also 
not worth the money..
