I went to this hotel for stay with my family . The rooms are exactly as shown on internet. Staff is very polite and friendly. This hotel is situated in the main area so you can locate transportation easily. Rooms are neet and clean. Rates are also very affordable. I would love to visit again . Planning next month again to stay here.

 Hotel review

This hotel has good beds. We needed to change the rooms twice, first as there was no locking for the washroom, next after the A/C started watering on us.Though they had a full day to repair, they had not done it. Rooms & toilets were not cleaned for two days.The manager and other employees do not argue, but their responses were poor or nil. {l. check with hotel about all basic amenities before booking.

Poor Maintenance

Stayed here for 2 days during my business Trip. They have good connection with auto driver but should invest more on taking care of Place.
Price: Sold me overpriced room. do negotiate properly.
room: Spacious but not clean. Spider webs were too big to notice. no cleaning in between stay. 
Surrounding area is good. accessible location.
Staff was good.  service was slow.
food: they have their kitchen but food quality is not that good. outside restaurants are recommended. 
Overall: There are many Hotels, do check them before coming here. I just fell in trap of Auto driver and Lazyness.

Not a Palace you want..

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, starting from 22nd early morning. They have 24 hours checkout, which made it very odd for us, since we were checking in at around 5.30 am, and we had train to manmad from Aurangabad on 25th at 1.30 pm, but they were cooperative, and on 25th we finally checked out at 11.30 am. The hotel is not having very good facilities for the price, for example 

1. There is no running hot water facility for 24 hours, the hot water only comes once in the morning, though on request they may give you a bucket or may start the hot water facility at night, they did this for us. 

2. There is no wifi connectivity, at 1500/- per night I guess you would expect this facility.

3. Bathroom is very basic.

Otherwise I have nothing to complain about, the rooms are clean enough, bed quality is good and rooms are big enough. The hotel people may be a little slow to react for the services, but I think you still can live with it. It is not far from station and not far from bus stand too. This makes this hotel a good choice. The auto takes 50-60 to reach this hotel from station. The aurangabad autos are very notorious (at least my experience), they charge you 5 to 10 times than the natural price, if they find that you are a traveler and not a local, so bargain well, and get information from the locals on the cost of the auto rides.

For general information:

1. Daulatabad fort + Ellora caves + the local tour in a auto should cost you around 900-1000 during this off pick season, I am not sure about the seasonal rates.

2. A rented car should cost 2100/- for 7 hours or 300 kms.

Good hotel

All staff members are illiterate. I show them online booking confirmation. They were not ready to accept and asking me to repay the amount. Finally after 1 hr argument ther ready to give rooms. Rooms r worst n small ..Bathroom is even worst. Dont even ask for towels/blankets.
No one receive call at reception from intercom. Dont even dare to ask tea or food. Even tapri tea is much better.
Request to makemytrip..please exclude such hotels from your list..
