Stay was good with clean rooms and toilet.  Issues with TV remote.  There is no hot water if the weather is cloudy or if there is rain.  Breakfast is not good.  Room service was good.  Good place to stay as it is very close to the Bagga beach and on Titos lane which has good quality pubs and discos.

Hotel Stay

We were a group of 6 friends who went on a week's vacation to Goa. It was first visit to Goa for all of us. So, when I booked this hotel through Oyo I wasn't sure how this hotel would be seeing its mixed reviews. So, I booked hotels in parts, ie, 3 nights at tgis hotel and 3 nights at another. But when we checked in I cursed myself for not booking this hotel for our whole stay at Goa. The hotel is superbly situated with very good facilities. The pros are fits in budget, very hospitable staff, amazing location and very spacious rooms with good facilities. There is no significant cons to be listed. Overall our stay here was awesome and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking out for budget accommodation in North Goa. I would surely stay in this hotel next time I visit Goa.

Excellent budget hotel with amazing location

I had booked La Fontana on Baga Beach in October, 2015. The best part of staying here is you are almost on the beach, which unlike the main baga beach, is quite, clean and amazing. Another best part is friendly staff and a beautiful recently renovated rooms & restaurant. Owners Parvesh & Karan are an excellent and friendly host. This resort. I suggest everyone to stay at La Fonatan for the best time in Goa. Rooms are really Excellent and new mattresses with perfect room decor made our sleep very comfortable.

Mostly we had preferred our lunch or dinner with the in house restaurant because of delicious and very cheap compared to other near by restaurants.

Reasonable And Best Hotel to Stay

The location of the place is excellent but the people who manage the place are horrible. They threatened and extracted money for us and very very inhospitable and rude. There are a lot of such places literally 15 feet away from this place. I recommend you to stay in other places on the tito's lane to enjoy the goa experience for what it is and not pay through your nose for services which were not you did not ask and were not given.

Inhospitable hosts who want to take your money

Lovely family   great restaurant and room quite basic . room cleaned as you ask. View was blocked by palm trees but comfortable balcony area . but Bring ear plugs as the main Tito's street kept us awake most nights although this isn't a problem is you are joining them. So great location for main action and beach.
