I have recently stayed at Capital O 5683 Suites - Bengaluru, for 3 days (May 28 - May 31). The experience was quite depressing to say the least. 

To start off, the reception desk staff allocated a room despite knowing that it was unhygienic and unclean. My family members suffered from bed bugs, which is a  serious health risk, considering that everyone is expected to improve on these standards in the post-pandemic world. Multiple requests by my family members to change the room were met with nonchalant and casual responses, which created a very bad impression again. 

Secondly, the online booking portal offered free breakfast, which was initially denied by the same hotel staff. Even after confirmation from the hotel manager, the reception staff desperately attempted to bill additional charges for breakfast during our checkout on 31st May. I wondered whether I was literally granted basic amenities at a value-added fee. 

Finally, the air-conditioning in the room was non-functional. The hotel staff knew it, and allocated that room to me, even though I had made bookings for AC rooms. There was no attempt at all, to make alternative provisions for cooling, or the option of allocating a different AC room.

All these have left me and my family members with a disgusting experience at Capital O 5683 SS Suites - Bengaluru. I am a very frequent visitor of the places nearby, and hence will actively discourage anyone in my network to refrain from making reservations with them.

Very poor experience during a stay from May 28 - May 31

Very In hygienic property, not recommend , housekeeping guys don't even knock the door and come,washroom is in a very bad shape,very bad service,they are not professional please don't ever think of booking this property

Worst hotel very unhygienic

This place is close to IIM Bangalore, Apollo and Fortis hospital. Good budget hotel

The rooms are big, the furniture are old. The sheets used clean but old and discolored and some with holes too. There are few occasional roaches which can be seen. Get your mosquito repellant as the hotel will not provide you the same. The hot water geyser was as if it disolve with water and fall on you at anytime but did it's job quite well. Ac worked fine, setup box is only charged on need basis but works.

Did all the bookings through oyo app no issue in check-in or out.

Occasionally lifts don't work, this place is on 3rd floor.

The staff is pleasent and helpful including cleaning the two cleaning ladies who will great you with a smile and wish you good morning in English. 
Didn't try the food here as most of the time we were out however if asked for room cleaning before 5 pm we were duly helped. 

Overall decent place to stay if you are in the vicinity. 

Good budget hotel

We booked a room through Oyo from my friend Oyo app id, the first impression was the rude behavior of the receptionist & the manager himself was a very irresponsible person. The rooms were also not good as the geyser & AC was not working fine. The worst part was drinking water was chargeble that also more then the MRP. Would not recommend anyone to choose this property 

Worst staff & pathetic stay i ever had

We had to stay over here due to an event at a nearby wedding hall on the same road. We were overwhelmed at the 'pay at checkout' option but were asked to pay upto 50%, perhaps to retain our reservation and stay.

The access to the hotel is on a narrow lane but plenty of parking space is available. We benefited with the facility of elevator. The room provided was a surprise as it gave us a skyline view of the city. We were offered newspaper, complimentary bottle and breakfast. Subsequent extra water bottles are charged but it is not required as guests already pay much required and sufficient room rent.

Tea/coffee kit is not available in the room but it is provided on demand through room service. The room was well appointed, spacious and adequate furniture/wardrobe facility was made available. Hotel lobby needs to be adequately supplied with high energy lights ( and not the dim lights when we visited)

The availability of a supermarket is an added bonus along with the presence of nearby  wedding hall, a prestigious Hospital and the IIMB Campus.

Overall we had a nice stay but only suggestion is to improve its visibility through more publicity efforts and also offer much family friendly facilities. Please offer water bottles as a  complementary item for throughout the stay period not for 2 bottles per day!

The hotel now has gained much potential to attract family visitors and IIMB guests also. Hence the hotel has a wider potential and scope to take its branding visibility to a next higher level through branding and adequate publicity.(preferably through a dedicated website, social media, tie-ups with more partners etc.)

Moderate stay for a family

While the hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious, I had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room.

1. The toilets were not cleaned after the last guest left. Definitely not something which I wanted to see after a long tiring day, When I meant not cleaned, it had visible stains of recent toilet usage which could have been cleaned even with just water. 

2. The beds had very visible stains from the previous guests. I had to put a towel on the beds and sleep because it was too late to call room service when I discovered the disgusting stains. 

Unless you are traveling solo and is very tight on budget, I would suggest avoiding this place.

Unclean and unhygienic - Not recommended for family and business travellers

It was a pleasant stay. Very clean comfortable room. Good for family with good location with good interior. Staff are friendly and good service. Best value for our price. We like to give 5 star rating. The cleanness of hotel good. For family and business traveler good hotel.
