I stayed here last week for 3 days when I went to Bangalore on business visit. The place was centrally located. well connected to major business places in the city. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the food was pretty home like. There was also roadside parking for my car as I had driven down from Chennai. Overall the stay was very good and I certainly recommend it for business visits and stays.

Good place to stay during business visits.

I stayed here for 4 days business, The room I was staying was clean but only on first look as I saw a cockroach at night moving on table. 
The food was awesome in taste (although overpriced), service was good, staff was helpful. The best feature of this hotel is free and fast internet.
I would say if you are alone, going on a business trip whose expense was paid by someone else then it's a good choice.

Nice Clean hotel for business stay Awesome food.

This is a service apartment and not a Hotel. So do not get confused if you don't get facilities of Hotel. I was equally confused when i was been referred to have my stay here. The property is difficult to find if you are navigating using Google maps as this is tagged wrong on Maps. Its away from main roads and so no boards or signs to follow. Upon reaching there is a small room which is suppose to be reception. Takes some time in filling forms and formalities. Rooms are small. AC cooling is ok-ok. No inhouse food facility. Breakfast is complimentary but do not have options. 2-3 items are cooked and same are served with coffee/tea.

One good point about this facility is that after walking 2-3 mins you end up at the main road of Domlur where there is Pizza Hut and other few restaurants. Street food is also available nearby. Transport options are limited and one will have to depend upon Auto Rikshaws. 

Overall when i checked out and the price when i paid, i felt it was way too much for the quality of stay i had. Would not even recommend as one can get OYO rooms which are more proficient in just Rs. 999 against Rs. 1600 which these people charge.

Over Priced Property With Average Facilities

Rooms have all the basic amenities... Though the split a/c seems to make more noise than the window a/c.. don't know if its same all over Bangalore..  Toilets are clean but they are not cleaned everyday...

Bed sheets are not clean.. have patches on it...

Talking about food...  I had 2 bad experiences in 3 days stay.. whatever i order is very sour specifically in dinner.. breakfasts are too good though (miracle)..

Good things... rooms are quite comfortable.. staff is friendly and eager to help..

Hope my next visit  will change the bad into good

Need to improve a lot...

This is a building with flats converted into the service apartments. The locality is easily accessible with public conveyance and is very near to the famous Indira nagar in Bangalore.

They have the food available round the clock on order and Wifi routers are on every floor.

The per night charges are a little high as it is easy to find good hotels in slightly more cost. The room service is not very prompt and quick but friendly. For me, breakfast was available with the room tariff but there were not many options to choose from, only 1 vegetarian and 1 eggetarian. 

Overall, its a good place to stay if you are on a business trip for longer term and would like to have more of a homely feel instead of hotel's formalities.
