If You Looking For This Place With The Reference Of Hotel Pictures Then Please Don't Stay Over Here. Because Their Is A Lot Of Difference Between Photographs And Reality. Was Here For 2 Days During My Last Banglore Trip Am Totally Get Dispointed With The Condition Of Room. The AC Remote Was Not Working Properly. Even The Door Of Toilet Was Not Locking Properly And The Worst Thing Is In Toilet The Flush Button Was Not Working At All. They Only Clean The Main Corridor Of Every Floor So People Can Capture An Images Upload On Websites. Pathetic Experience With This Place. If You Don't Want To Spoil Your Stay And Mood Then Please Don't Book Room At This Hotel.

"Not A Best Place For Your Stay"

Smell of cigarette smoke hit me as soon as I entered the room. Poor air circulation and dirty pipes and cables outside the windows meant fresh air could only come through bathroom. Air conditioner from 70s didn't help my suffocation either. Brown and yellow stained dull bedsheets and pillows looked as if they weren't changed in many years. Forget sleeping, you can't even bear standing beside for five minutes. I'm not exaggerating, its that disgusting. Fortunately I carry my own bedsheets and blanket but that didn't help. Why? The damn cigarette smell became so apparent that my head started to throb in pain. Opened bathroom door for fresh air, couldn't open window because of dirty pipes and cables, turned on fan and AC but NO! Cigarette smell is still there. I stayed only for a night but it was the longest and miserable night of my life. I literally had to wrap my face with two handkerchiefs to save myself from that damn smell. Wardrobe and furniture looked so disgusting and old. I think the cushions were actually halfway decaying. Literally there were like dark patches on those cushions that looked like fungus or something, I'm not really sure. OMG! I never knew hotels could be that gross. I could understand if it was a cheap hotel but this wasn't cheap. It costed me 750 rupees for one night ( or nightmare? ). Don't get fooled by the pictures. They won't show you the brown stains on pillows, gross wardrobes and decaying cushions. I got fooled into booking a room by looking how immaculate the room looks in those pictures. Actually if you look closely, you can see the air conditioner from 70s... which means you can only turn it on or off. Temperature was last set probably when you were born and hasn't been changed since. I don't know about other rooms but this was my first time and last time in this place.

Never again will I stay here

Pathetic hotel,they made wait half hour to check in, total mismanagement, rooms are old dirty, they could have atleast renovated the rooms, but no, absolute no , there are better hotels to stay nearby.

Poor hotel

I can't even post this review on the OYO support page, it does not work. I booked a room from 23rd to 24th November, even though I only needed the room for 90 minutes on the morning of 24th November. I called the hotel and informed them so. I only needed to shower.On check in at 7:30 AM, I was given room 423, but the AC did not work and there was no fan in the room at all. The OYO toiletries kit was not in the room as well. I called the attendant. He gave me 2 kits, but could not fix the AC. The front desk clerk was extremely unprofessional. He said, I should only get 1 OYO kit, so I gave him 1 back. He said, wait 30 minutes, I said, I have to leave in 30 minutes. So I was given room 222. Here are issues with the room
1) Coffee table had food stains
2) No pillows in the room
3) No towels in the room (when I asked, I was given only 1, even though I asked for 2, and even that 1 was damp)
4) Stains in the sheet
5) Dresser not clean
6) Spit stains on the wall
7) Peanut shells on the floor
8) Mold on the bathroom walls
9) Trash can not clean
10) Cigarette ash on the floor
11) Used soap in the bathroom soap dish
12) Cigarette butt in the bathroom

OYO should be ashamed to include it in their branding

Dirty, Dirty, Rude, Rude

I booked the hotel for a low budget but when I  entered the hotel it seems like a park with third graded called them self as couples and with terrible experience I come to a conclusion not to book OYO ,it is better to sleep in platform rather than book a room by OYO my suggestion is that kindly book a lodge/hotel

CALL IT A HOTEL.............?

Hotel Kanishka is a budget friendly hotel located near the main city (market). Hotel also has restaurant with it which is also reasonable. When you enter in Hotel Kanishka, an extremely pleasant aroma can be felt around you which totally relaxes our mind and body and we think like we should sit there for 24 hours. Service is good and hotel is clean. And the main thing is that they have a special bench of tours and travels which guides us and make our plan of roaming around the city. Staff is good and good news for North Indians is that they understand Hindi. 
In the end, Hotel Kanishka is good and viewers should definitely stay here and enjoy their trip.
