This met my basic requirements of location (15 min from the NIMHANS Convention Center), price (reasonable), cleanliness (a couple of small roaches made my acquaintance) and comfort (functional air-conditioning and wifi). The good: a very decent restaurant on the premises (Fort 10 Cochin) and more (Nandhini, Virinchi) within walking distance. The not so good: a smelly though clean loo and the lack of a safe box. 

A decent option in downtown Bangalore

This place is located in one of the elite location in Bangalore. I am the regular guest in this hotel since many years now. Some room to increase spread in breakfast. Excellent hospitality by the staff special thanks to manager Umer 

Wonderful WOW

One of the few hotels in the MG road area. Ub city mall is a 5 min walk. Very good location.
Food was good. They also have a lot of seafood options.
Room size and hygiene were ok.
Overall i had a good experience.

About Hotel and Staff

An average property for B&B. Food is so good & Fresh. The checkout time is surprisingly 11.00 AM. There is no fundamental toiletries in the washroom. Room is good but so noisy till 11PM. No big soundproof,

Average B&B hotel

The room was extremely horrible. In the name of standard they actually tend to make the room amenities below standard. I was highly disappointed with the service too. The room was full of dust, extremely claustrophobic and total waste of money. The hygiene was below optimal. The cherry on the top of the cake was there was a broken window in my room and was tapped up with tapes. When I called the receptionist for a change of room or anything else that could help me sleep, I got a direct reply of “WE ARE RUNNING FULL” which meant they couldn’t accommodate my need.This couldn’t prevent the flies, mosquitoes and the never ending noise of traffic. This kept me up for most of the night and I had an exam the next morning. To make things worse, in the morning when I asked for an extra toilet paper roll or tea they told me to wait till it’s 8 in the morning. That was absolutely absurd. I would never come here ever and would never recommend anyone to do the same. There were only two plus points that was the quality of AC and the restaurant food for lunch or dinner not breakfast. The breakfast is a fixed menu with no refills allowed. Not even a simple toasted bread was available. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DESIRE A HYGIENIC STAY WITH BASIC AMENITIES LIKE A PROPER NON BROKEN WINDOW TO BE THERE,

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

Okay, not so good, need to ask the basic things only then they will provide. 

Front rooms, night they may be slight distance like unwanted knocking of doors
Other than that rooms are perfect for Pricing and location 


Affordable price

Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed in Bangalore. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff (Yani & Imran)  were excellent friendly. The resturent very flexible. I had great stay here.

A true sample of excellent hospitality

Ì spent 4 nights here on business and everything was excellent.The location was close to my destination as well as some centers in the city.As for the room ,it was quite small but fine for a solo traveller.Not forgetting the staffs,they were just awesome .Over all it was a perfect experience for me.Will surely visit in the days to come.
