Worst experience of a hotel ever in our long traveled life. I had booked 7 rooms in total for my function guests. They denied us 2 rooms after having paid for it 15 days in advance through OYO. They had a really rough argument with my guests for it. They wrongfully checked-in other people while i made and paid for the booking and refused to tell me who checked into the room that I paid for. Got cheated on 3 room bookings from this hotel. Some guests even complained of cockroaches and bad hygiene in the room. Please be warned to never book this hotel or OYO.

Although it's a prime location, the hotel however is right behind Kemp Fort Mall and it's extremely disturbing what with all the daily activities going on behind the mall, like gas cylinders being dragged and water jars being taken up etc.. Also the breakfast provided was pathetic. Hardly anything in the menu. The 1st room that was given to us, the window of the bathroom was broken. When we raised a complaint, the management simply tried to cover the window with a piece of newspaper! I was appalled. It was in the ground floor and we were extremely uncomfortable. Then we called up OYO customer service, and our room was replaced. It was big room with a decent living space. But the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not that clean.

Pretty Average!!

Cockroaches in washrooms, acid stains on floor (and I mean big giant stains), clunky ACs, non working TV sets. So, if you are here just to stay for lie down, they have comfortable and clean beds. Rest all is non functional. I booked through Agoda, and I guess agoda customers don't get at-par treatment (since all money is paid)

Staff very helpful and pleasant, always on hand to provide help as needed. The bathroom looked like it has not been the subject of a refurb for many years potentially decades. the hotel sadly is worn out and overall dirty. Whist the staff make an effort to clean the bathroom in particular was nothing less than a horror story see the pictures.

Overall this place needs an urgent refurb and the management team need to ask the question how can such worn out facilities be offered to the public?

Helpful staff but in dire need of urgent refurbishment

Booked online and when we arrived after a very long day traveling, to be told our booking had been cancelled. Confused as to what had happened, we asked for a room anyway and it was just ‘No’. We then asked for the WiFi to check our booking and any charges that may have happened to get a ‘WiFi is for residents only.’ We left confused and annoyed by the rude, incompetent staff and with no where to stay. After we checked our booking and they put us down as a ‘No show’. No clue as to why this happened but thankful anyway as it seemed like a dump. Thanks for nothing Oyo!
