Extremely Disappointing Wedding Experience

Words can’t express my profound disappointment with this wedding resort where my sister-in-law recently got married. Our experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted the celebration, leaving a very bad taste for entire confident group.

The manager, Yatish, proved to be one of the most non-cooperative and unhelpful individuals I've encountered in over 20 years interacting with the service industry. His lack of support was a major letdown throughout the event.

Furthermore, we encountered unsatisfactory hygiene conditions in some of the washrooms, which is unacceptable for a venue hosting such important occasions. Despite our requests for basic necessities such as extra water bottles, the staff was uncooperative and refused to provide the any  support. We only received one reply : We are a wedding resort and don’t provide these things. “These” things can be anything a regular wedding party might require, like water on hot afternoon!! What kind of wedding resort provides only 2 500ml water bottles for an entire day of festivities??

FYI they don’t provide any tea or coffee as well. We stayed here for 4 days and had to order tea from Swiggy !

Communication was another major problem. Our calls from the reception went unanswered, leading to frustration and stress during the celebration. Even the basic task of getting hot water in rooms was a challenge. We were told “you have to tell us to turn the geysers on”. What kind of wedding resort is this where we need to call and tell them that people need to take bath in the month of December and might require hot water !!!

Overall, our experience at this wedding resort was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share these concerns to alert others considering this venue for their special events. My recommendation: Avoid.

Horrible Marriage Resort and Convention Centre

Good property within the city but poor experience and hospitality.
The staff at hotel has no idea on how to manage a property like this. Food is below average for the rate they charge, the debit or credit card doesn’t work! They shout at the guests. For us morning breakfast was served in room where it’s been closed for years and stinks old furniture fungus and dust. No space to sit and eat even if it’s buffet breakfast they call. No boiled eggs /fruits which is common inclusion anywhere instead they cost cut it with scrambled eggs. Indoor facility no lights or construction going on. Overpriced place. Keep away at least hotels management like food and beverage management/ hospitality management is making it worse. If you need to attract some guest and corporate this needs to change! They had amble space and could not make a decent breakfast arrangement that too late at 9:30am
Rooms are spacious/ beds furniture are good for family even connected cottage are good for two known families and friends group. Good cricket ground.

Good property under worst F/B management/guests management and hospitality

Had stayed for a couple of nights as part of a wedding where-in the whole resort was booked. It’s a very spacious campus with a huge cricket ground with flood lights, 3 swimming pools, indoor games. The rooms were huge and very spacious. We had a very relaxed stay with nothing we could complain about. The service was excellent, room service prompt and the resort very well maintained. Its located about 20 KMS from the city centre and very close to the Bannerghatta national park.

Lovely Resort

It was very nice to stay there with lots of games and fun with teams, that was very nice experience.  Nice location and good place too with very nice good.  I love with my team outing. Planing for team out then this is the right location.

Been to CC for a Team outing and had a great time. Wide range of Activities can be chosen from Cricket ground to Swimming Pool and some awesome places to click pictures. There is also a disc available and good food options.

It was a pleasant experience, when we visited along with freinds' families. Every age group had their own activities. Apart from that, especially when it rained, we could spend time very well with all the indoor activities! Overall, it's very clean, hygiene, fun and pleasant experience!

Visit with friends' families

Been here for corporate event. Had loads of fun. Food is good and nice place to hang out with colleagues and relax. Been here twice and wont mind going again. Never stayed in hotel but used the cricket ground and indoor badminton ground.
