No Wi-Fi at all. Refused to let us use Wi-Fi even in reception. Very unsupportive staff specially the man sitting at the reception. No room service . Site staff said to call reception if we needed anything using phone but no phone on the room. Terrible 
Would not recommend. Also did not listen about what we wanted for food properly despite explaining him 3 times.

Hotel has excellent location just in forefront of Dhuvadhar waterfall at Bedaghat. One can dine with back ground of  waterfall. 500m west to hotel is a sunset point. One can see sun setting with deep gorge in dolomitic marble of Mahakoshal super group

Vrindavan Gopala is one of the most Amazing property in jabalpur and this is more special for thier location, yes this place is located right opp to Dhuandhar Waterfall.

Dhuandhar Waterfall is Main attraction in Jabalpur and this place is located cliff of Bhedaghat & we can enjoy Mesmerizing view of Dhuandhar Waterfall directly from this beautiful resort.

They have beautiful cottages with comfortable bed and also they have huge lush green lawn for marriage function or events.

Most important part is thier restaurant you can enjoy Outstanding view of Dhuandhar waterfall during breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have beautiful playing area for kids too.

In the terms of service and staff so it was really Amazing, we got amazing service and staff is also very polite, really We had great experience at this place. 

Highly recommend....must visit Resort in jabalpur.

Most Amazing property in jabalpur 

Luckily we stayed here just for a night. While the location is superb as it overlooks the Dhaundhar falls, we were aghast by the sub-standard hotel accommodation. It appears as if a renovation/upgrade was underway. It was open to guests but wasnt guest-ready at all. The room and washrooms were poorly equipped as basic amenities in the room and washrooms were missing. For eg sanitary sprays, hot and cold water taps were absent or non functional. The exhaust fan was hanging frm the socket and a window was yet to be installed leaving gaping holes in the washroom for insects and other crawling creatures to enter. Bed and bath linen were very old and stained, furniture was stained and chipped. We changed 2 rooms but the entire living and eating areas were unhygenic and of very poor standard. Service seemed like a strange word. Staff were rude and not customer friendly. They even honked outside our door from a golf cart and expected us to come out and speak to them. They refused to give us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early (the request seemed alien to them).  Would not recoomend this hotel in its current condition.

Good location but terrible hotel

This is a very very very bad place. Nema Events is the worst ever. They will take your money and not do the events at all as decided. They will not serve clean water even - fill it from the nearby taps. They will even serve burnt milk coffee to guests. Everything what they do is really the low graded quality. Even it's not safe in that place. Some people have lost life's there as it's not a safe place. Even the crackers what they burnt in the resort are not safe and in one marriage even the bridegroom got burnt by it. I can write a whole book for its review. If you want any do mail me personally and I can tell all the details but really don't ever think of doing any marriage from Gopala Resort. It's worst worst worst. Even if you have booked it please cancel your bookings otherwise you will regret this decision for whole life. Marriage is one time thing and if that gets spoil it really feels very very very bad. I am a victim and I really want others to not bear the same loss which I had felt. Nothing is good there literally nothing. No good decoration , no good food items . Nothing as nema Events say. Both Jija Saale are fraud people who just take peoples money and don't do anything good as decided.
They even don't give you the whole marriage pics to earn extra money from you. If you are in Jabalpur please do consider a better place. Because photos and all me vaise b kuch waterfall and all kuch nahii dikhta. They have the tie ups also with very bad photographers .
Unprofessional staff. Rohit Nema is a very bad person who will ruin your big day. Please I insist even if you have made a booking here do cancel it.
Whatever they will promise today , kuch b nahii karenge ye event k din and bahane will be like ye arrange nahi ho paya.
Hygeine tak maintain nahi karte. They serve toilet water to guests like literally I have seen them filling it.

Marriage Ceremony

Stayed on 9th Nov 2021 with family of 3 adults in cottage room.

Pros:
1) Location at New Bhedaghat side is free from hustle bustle of town and very easy access to the falls view point
2) Room size is big
3) Location of restaurant is nice
4) Car can be parked next to cottage

Cons:
1) Room and toilet are not well appointed
2) Location is very secluded and hence without own car extremely inconvenient to commute to tourist places at Jabalpur
3) Buffet breakfast menu and quantity was a bit of shame
4) Property is highly overpriced
5) Hot water comes from gas operated geyser and not that great
6) Cottages do not have any view of falls

Overall, I'll not recommend to anyone.

Good Location BUT....................

We Have booked this hotel only because of its location very near to  falls, and view from eating area is breathtaking and you can easily walk down near to falls no issues, thats the USP.

I have booked the room through booking sites online so they have initially given us room on the back side which was very secluded  but on request they have given us better room and on front side  though they charged extra fro that which  is fine.... thats  why book directly with them not through booking sites.
 Rooms are ok  for ex TV  was not working , Refrigerator  socket is not in working shape , fans regulator need fixing, though they  are trying to improve it seems because major public is  local and few come to stay but if you want to stay near to falls this should be the place and  overall property and surrounding is very good.

Service and hospitality is good  they have provided what we ask for. Food is good, overall we  can  say we  were happy because of the location of falls and views and has not given much attention to room as we are there for a day only. overall  I would say for room 3/5 and for location 5/5.

Excellent Located and view of Falls !!!!!!!!!

This hotel is on the other side of bhedaghat where people presence is less but view was very nice but it took a long drive to reach there but the view in both sides didn't lead to boredom but the view removed all my tiredness water was gushing out from the grouge

Best view of falls

We dropped into this resort when we visited the Dhuandhar Falls while in Jabalpur recently for a cup of coffee. It is located on the western bank of the Narmada River and is accessible both by the Cable Car and also by road. We came over by the Cable Car. The resort has an excellent view of the Dhuandhar Falls and the eastern bank of the Narmada. It has a series of small cottages which looked lovely from the outside. The place is absolutely clean and it was a pleasure to be sitting in the sun on a chilly wintery morning. Our complete experience was spoilt by the poor service. We had ordered coffee and plates of mixed pakoras. It took ages to arrive, which was okay as the view kept us busy, but when the order finally did come, the coffee was cold and the pakoras tasteless. Poor show!

LOVELY VIEW BUT POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCED

Visited Jabalpur but wanted to stay away from City life so thought of staying at Bhedaghat @  Vrindavan Gopala Resort and it was the best decision taken.. What a wonderful resort this is.. Right in front of the Dhuandhar Waterfalls. A place to relax and enjoy nature at its best. Thanks to Vinayji for making wondeful arrangements and had a wonderful time with family. Has wonderful cottages, beautiful view of the falls when you are having your food and also a  lovely play area for children... A must visit resort if you love to be away from the city life
