We had booked 5 rooms! The room which we got had unclean bathroom and on complaining, it was changed promptly, where (other room) the taps weren’t working, which were repaired somehow!!
The AC was not working and the complaint was neglected completely! The fans were making noise and as the room was a cubicle with an only window of 1*1&1/2 feet (which can’t be opened), exposed to next wall at 2feet, no way we could sleep! 
Of course, the room was spacious with a dining table placed so that no chairs could be moved around!!!
It seems, the owners are not keen on maintenance! 
The bigger surprise was in the morning when breakfast was to be served in each and every room! For our group of 5 couples it took more than hour (after 8am) to order and get the right things!! 
All unimaginable!! 
Then why even two stars? The staff is good and helpless! Food in the restaurant was good and so also the service! 
God bless them all!

Keep your expectations low!

Absolutely shoddy hotel room called suite at 3300/- for a night.

Big room with dirty furniture and linen. Bathroom towel was awful but had to use. Unclean toilet seat. Even at this high rate in class C city, no breakfast included. Food is just ok. A bad sounding AC. 

Only location is central. Otherwise it is a completely shoddy experience with no proper bill for food ( machine printout).

Worst experience of staying in a hotel.

Shoddy hotel

This hotel is close to station with all basic facilities. The staff is helpful and well behaved. Decent breakfast. Hotel have many restaurants and eateries nearby. Will surely recommend this hotel to others.

Good location and clean rooms.

Hotel is close to the station however not very close, once we reached hotel welcome was good and the room was very spacious and looked great as it even had a huge dining table!! But later we realized room had no window it was always pitch dark if you dont use the light. Room service staff is ok however toilet facilities like Flush etc were very complicated and not user friendly. Food was average with almost no breakfast options ( maybe if you are lazy and have breakfast at 10AM you will get). Pick up for sight seeing was not arranged on time and the response for the same was very lethargic, and lot of unwarranted debate on cost at the end of the tour.
I would not recommend this hotel anyone!!!

Good location, very poor service.Not recommended

A nice, clean hotel in a good location and big rooms.  They staff were exceptional and very attentive.  Nice breakfast in the morning and the restaurant in the lobby was very very good.  Note that was of Jan 2018, they have been doing some updates so it does get a little noisy in the room during the day when they are working. 
Overall, very nice hotel.  

Great service

This is a place where people can be found good  food and soft drinks at cheap  rate.Any type of parties can be easily organised. Hospitality and cleaness  are upto mark.All visitors can enjoy with their family.

Good for Stay. Restaurant Ok, Only Vegetarian. But on room service we get NV.
Good Hotel in Jabalpur, for family stay, friends.
Location wise also OK, well connected.
Price budgeted, So any one try Once.
