Excellent

This was the single dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The bed sheet had a big, prominent stain on it. The headboard, bizarrely made of cloth, was coated in some sort of white powder or maybe just dust. The wash basin in the bathroom had someone else's water still in it, and the tea kettle likewise still had leftover water. The shampoo had not been replaced from the previous guest, as it was previously opened and half-filled, with its label shriveled from having been previously exposed to water. Every crack and crevice had dirt and grime in it. And, in addition, the hot water lasted for only about two minutes each time we used it, the hotel didn't provide complimentary bottles of water or tea or coffee, and when we asked for water, they said they'd bring it up and just never did. Moreover, the walls are paper-thin, and there's a ton of noise from the hall pretty much constantly. In short, avoid this dirty, disgusting and noisy dump at all costs.

Dirty and disgusting

The hotel looks lovely from the outside but don’t let that fool you. Inside the rooms are not clean, the bathrooms has a constant bad smell coming from it. The WiFi only reaches the hotel lobby so there will be no WiFi in your room and to top it off very loud music was played from a huge speaker until 10pm. The speaker is so loud you cannot even speak to each other in your own room. Why there is a speaker playing loud music which faces all the rooms I don’t know, there was also no one in the court yard so I’m not sure who the music was meant for.

Terrible stay at a dirty, loud, hotel

The Hotel looks good from outside. Rooms on first floor facing the road are filthy, washroom issues, dirty towels dim lit rooms, Sofa in the room seems to be some 30 years old with tea/coffee/dishes spots all over it.

Rooms on second floor facing backside seem newly built and are far better than the ones on first floor, but towels in the room are still telling their sad story.

Restaurant at ground floor is good, only vegetarian food is served. No issues in food, staff in restaurant are very polite and ready to help in all aspects.
Breakfast is not very great, but no complaints, staff for breakfast serving is also helpful.

Not worth the money spent.

Our one night stay in this property was a satisfactory experience.
The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing.
The rooms are decorated and furnished to a decent level. The buffet breakfast and dinner were of average quality and the staff didn't make any effort to better the guest experience.

A Satisfactory Stay!

Overall, the hotel was good. The rooms were clean and the interior design of the hotel in general was beautiful. What stood out was Mehboob Khan, the receptionist.
He was friendly and his helpful suggestions significantly improved our visit.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was tasty and with different options.
Can definitely recommend this place! 

Overall good experience!

We stayed for a short touristic stay in Bikaner. The food for dinner was good and there was live music too. We got well supported with organisation and luggage by Mehboob Khan. Beds were comfortable. 

Good location for tourists

We stayed for two nights. Really nice place to stay  Clean and confortable. The bathroom are Nice with all comodities. The people are very kind and helpfull. Has a good restaurant and all the different spaces are beautiful. 

Our experience on Sagar hotel

Had the misfortune of staying in this place last week. One of the worst places I have ever stayed and I have stayed in innumerable hotels over the last 30 years across the country as well as outside. 

The rooms are claustrophobic. Once inside you have no way of telling if it's 12 noon or 12 midnight. There are no windows you see, all in the aving just to make sure you are getting it right. There is no space to keep your toiletries in the bathroom, I had to keep my toothbrush, shaving kit etc inside the room you see. On top of this, there is no partition for the shower area. So once you've had a shower the entire place is totally wet. 

They do provide "complimentary" breakfast but the spread is terrible. One wonders if it's the same chef who prepares the other meals you are paying for or he's under instructions to make a mess out of it. 

Overall this is a place one should avoid at all costs. 

Never stay here

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, restaurant with typical dishes and very good. Very fair price. the architecture of the hotel shows the typical colors of the place. there are many bars inside the hotel where you can have a drink with friends
