If there is a option of giving negative rating i would have given -5 rating. 
We stayed in Sea breeze village for 4 days from 26th Jan till 30th Jan 23. in 4 days we changes the rooms three times then to the satisfaction was not there. every room has a problem. AC was not working, Electricity dropped in night, plumbing system was poor (Flush was not working) , Cockroaches were in room, rooms were full of mosquitos, No clean towels and bedsheets ect... I can write a full page with my complaints but manager was not bothered.... I will not recommend this hotel to my enemy also...... in past we have stayed in guest houses also and the experience was very good but this see breeze experience was the worst .....

Worst Experience ever

The pictures of this hotel are at least 10 years old and no investment has been made since. We had to change rooms 3 times due to no electricity etc. the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms but is available close to reception. There’s no cleaning service you have to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. Towels and sheets have holes in them. Rooms are not very clean. We were there 5 days and we’re not offered clean towels etc. the price is not that low either, better value can be found. Staff clearly hate the boss - who shouts at them and they are not keen to work. Breakfast is omelette and toast. You have to ask for tea. We were told no juice because the staff were seen drinking it!

Fawlty Towers but not in a good way

The hotel was a total disappointment. To start with it wasn't as shown in pictures. The area was very dirty and not at all maintained. The rooms was a total disappointment all together. There was no charging sockets, no proper lights, AC wasn't working, there wasn't good lights in the washroom. There was no intercom. Reception was always empty. We had no proper service while our stay. 
No value for money. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review for Hotel Sea breeze Goa

After searching so many hotels I ended up booking this but I was very disappointed with the rooms. No charging socket, no light in the bathroom, no one was available on the reception when you wanted them, the worst part was no room service. A big DISAPPOINTMENT. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Big disappointment

We were the unfortunate ones to ignore the significant amount of bad reviews and reach here recently.

This place does not have basic amenities in place.Washrooms are dirty and taps broken.
There are filthy buckets and you have to literally sit under the tap to bathe.
Bedsheets are torn and blankets are not provided. Sanitization is not there at all.
The management and staff is least bothered to maintain the property and basic things like room cleaning etc are not in place.Lot of mosquitoes to add to your woes
And they charge 2500 per night for all this.The room is not even worth INR 500

People please take this seriously and do not book this hotel.We literally left the next day to check into another hotel.Unfortunately  had to pay for that day without staying and leave as per the policy.
The reason for writing this review is to warn all the innocent souls from getting duped.

A lot of photos here are misleading and trust me the condition of the rooms is the worst I have ever seen.

I appeal to trip advisor to immediately get the latest photos uploaded so that people can see the reality. Uploading such photos and duping people is no less than a criminal offence so I hope trip advisor gets this rectified from the hotel immediately.

Infact this place should be banned and not listed itself for sale as it will seriously impact the credibility of Trip Advisor

THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY A BIG FRAUD

Good day. Not long ago you arrived from Goa. You leave from Samara. I won't write about the flight in detail. You arrived in Goa early in the morning. Customs went through hell. And here we are on buses taking us to hotels. Before you fly, like everything, you probably read a lot of reviews about the hotel, about Goa, anything you can bring. So about what's dirty... you didn't even look at it. In Russia you enter the courtyard and you can't see it. Goa is just beauty. About the hotel! They settled in.

First time in Goa.

I don't understand the reviews where people praise this hotel. What's good about it? Because I was told not to overpay for a hotel in India, I took this hotel. Don't believe those who say that in Asia you can save at a hotel. The savings will be directly impacted on your vacation. I didn't find anything good at this hotel. The windows went out of the building. The location is not good, you have to walk some paths to the road, in the dark. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea.

Aw people, why are you misleading?

It's a beautifully planted yard, cleaned every day, cleaned every morning by the pool, friendly staff. For breakfast: omelette/carrot, cabbage, vegetable salad, glass of juice, coffee, toast with jam. You can buy shrimp at the market and you get them in the kitchen. In the room, old furniture, bed, of course, without holes and laundry, but with stains and old ones. In the taste of a fan, air conditioner, a small balcony, a small room. We also had a nice breakfast every day, without any pollen, and we had a nice lunch every night at the beach. Not a bad hotel.

Compared to other hotels in Kalangute and Candolim, there's nothing bad to write about it! staff, accommodation, food in the hotel itself(breakfast), or to make an order! interesting and fun companies, non-human and non-communal tourists are better off not going there! I advise you to stay there!!!

It's a great hotel, I've been to this hotel four times and it's great!

Before the purchase, the agency warned us that hotels in India are far from hotels of European level and the same in Turkey. So, I'll start with the flight: when we leave the airport to the bus, we were just bombarded by local people with the offer to bring the suitcase to the bus, and they just pick up the suitcase, and then they ask for money in any currency....don't contact them))) When I arrived at the hotel at around 10:00 am, we were told that the early settlement was 20 dollars. The early settlement will start at 12:00 am. We decided to wait and check out the infrastructure.
