amazing beach side property, sea view from front Rooms at sunset time was exceptional. Food  at English rose Restaurant  was crispy and V. Good. Homely environment. Just 3-4 minutes walk to candolim beach with lots of eateries and Good restaurants around this place.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL OWNER WAS IN HIS OWN ATTITUDE SCARY VOICES LATE NIGHT TERRIBLE STAY AC NOT WORKING OVERRATED INSECTS IN ROOM WASHROOM ALSO HORRIBLE NOT RECOMMENDED not good wifi voices of screaming mosquitoes riaming everywhere

Worst

We decided to drive to Goa all of a sudden one evening from Pune. We reached very late at night and did not have any booking. We kept searching for any open place near Candolim beach and came across this place. The owner was very accommodating to provide the room at odd time. Make sure you carry cash as card was not accepted.  The rooms were clean and basic with everything you need - hot water, fridge, TV etc.. The main advantage is its location, 5 mins walk from beach and all good restaurants. If you just need a place to crash at night, this is good enough. We did not have breakfast so no comments on food. I think it was value for money.

Good budget stay near the beach

My mate has just arrived at a villa in orlando with thomsons took one look at it and it was disgusting dirty pool beds dirty carpet dirty complained to thomsons orlando and said sorry but nothing they could do so he gave keys back and stayed with his son in a virgin holiday villa    so dont use thomson villas its pot luck what you get

Terrible villa orlando with thomson holidays

First most important thing it is not hotel but is guest house with no facility of reception or hotel staff. Second jin the name of breakfast they are serving food from street and tea from stall which was pathetic.
Pros:
Very very near to beach you can go anytime ı.e early morning; night at beach and can come wet to hotel. My tip is go to beach at 6 o clock in morning alone and you will feel very spirtual in waves of sea and silence.
2) some rooms have balconıes and ıt wıll be treat to have lunch at breakfast.

Bad but near beach

As we have no options left out we booked this hotel through OYO rooms and expected the standards like OYO as we paid the grands just by thinking the brand name...

To our surprise, as we reach the property they dont even have Reception, have to keep calling the owner. The rooms are pretty old, with the falling and scratch sealing.

The wifi speed will kill ur urge to browse, n the another worst part is as soon as u step in this property ur Mobile provider signal will be gone.. u are literally cutoff if there is any emergency from other side of ur kith n kin..

Though we are not even bothered abt the TV, it will gives the v old the "Dabba" kindaa look. Yea the double bed is literally two beds joined together, with the cracking sound you will hear once u try to comfort yourself in the bed. 

Breakfast -- it will be bread (2 slice - Seriously) and omlet will be breakfast and they dont even bother to provide it unless u ask.. Room will not even be provided with a bottle of water. 

We stayed for 3N, outaa which the room cleaned a day only. Its something awful to see some old mattress just lying under the bed.

No proper hot water connection in the wash room. 

Oyo with these kindaa properties, will effect the overall experience abt the brand........
