Neat and clean rooms nice food well service. Good public dealing, prices of rooms are also good. Really good experience with this hotel. Its near to railway station its take only 5 mins to walk to reached hotel from railway station chandigarh

Good experienced 

Had a late evening check in. Booked as it was nearest to the railway station. The rooms were at third story with no elevator. Did not provide any towels. Said it would be available in the morning 8 am, while we were to check out at 7 am. Called Agoda.com through which the booking was made for 5 rooms. The Agoda staff said to bear with the situation, but on our insistence agreed to cancel and refund the advance, but never refunded. Agoda.com is a con site with no responsibility. 

The cook/ waiter's behaviour was very rude and did not respond to any of our requests. The only saving grace was poor man at reception, who tried his best but in vain as the staff did not listen to him as well. He showed us a intercom with receiver broken by unruly waiter.

Never ever to stay again.

Miserable Stay

This hotel is in a small lane in the Daria area opposite to the railway station. When we visited it the place there was a drain overflowing before the hotel. The rooms were unclean and dirty. Bedsheets were torn and had stains on them. Commode did not have a hand shower or toilet paper around.

Good good deals from goibibo and mmt.
We stayed for one night with family and had satisfying experience.

Good Hotel

The Hotel  is a reasonable place to stay for a night. The room is reasonably clean and so is the bathroom too. You cannot expect more for that matter for a place very near to Chandigarh Railway station. 
The hotel staff is also good, gentle and polite but not very alert I must say otherwise the service could have been much better. It may be due to their lack of experience regarding Customer service.
It also seemed understaffed. They do not have enough people to even carry your luggage. The person in the counter himself comes and carry your luggage.

The food served was very bad, stale and probably 2-3 days old for the non veg items we ordered for which we complained. However, the staff was gentle enough not to argue and also did not charge me. 

Overall I can stay that for stay for a night the hotel is OK but personally my food experience was not good. May be it doesn't happen for others.

Review of the Hotel Golden Inn

Location is good near to railway station. Room was clean and room service is good.
no lift in the hotel and all the rooms in first floor. reception manager is not present most of time it is manage by there service boy so you can understand the quality of service at check in.
