Hotel is very good like cleaning of the rooms and location is also good and staff behaviour was very nice. Hotel staff was always ready to do any kind of help like room service and many other things. In few words I want to say it's worth to stay in this hotel.

Beautiful family hotel 

They do not even provide the basic things. And no services adaptable according to the customer. Opt for better options. No person properly available at the reception to attend even after calling. Poor services

Worst experience

Have stayed here for two nights, rooms are big and clean like anything. Room service was excellent and staff was very humble. We surely stay again in my next visit. 

Location is fantastic and you have many option to eat in and also for dine out. 

Comfortable Stay in Central Chandigarh 

They are HARAMZADE.The hotel staff is lanti, disgusting and poorThere were no amenities in the room are full of smoke and smell and humidity because of poor ventilation we can't breath. There are insects like cockroaches roaming in the rooms and cleanliness is zero. The extra bed are matresses laid down on floor so with cockroaches how one can sleep on that. And there is no proper management and functioning of staff and hotel with poor quality of everything.

Worst hotel especially staff

Casually got in to the hotel. Spacious rooms and good toilets. We didn't try room service except for morning tea as good restaurants are close by. No lift, hence you need to walk up and down. Walls and floors are not that good but manageable. Paid 1,800/- a day.

Spacious rooms at a good location

Checking if you want to punish yourself. The hotel rooms are dark with unclean walls, windows, walls, plaster peeling off them, unclean windows and dirt on chairs the list goes on and on. The lock of the door of my room was broken, TV remote was missing and rooms are poorly lit possibly so that customer cannot make out the unclean linen in the room. AC was working but was very old and looks like was not cleaned or services for a for a decade. Not at all recommended for single couples or with children as they are sure to dislike the place. Dirty Old Overpriced Suffocating Dungeon

We stayed at this hotel for a night. Rooms are very spacious.free wifi available.all types of food are available.balconies are also available at selected rooms.All staff are prompt in service & arrive immediately when called
