Not as good as it was. Had been here earlier when experience was too good. Now the service is bad. Resturant team needs training.  Even small thing they will deny in breakfast. Not happy with this hotel.
Just a basic hotel at high price

Not good as earlier

Please avoid this hotel. Everything from the room to the staff is terrible. We stayed there for only one night on our return to Delhi from Manali. 
Will never recommend this place to anyone.
The rooms are not that pleasing. Just a substandard place. 

Highly avoidable.. 

I stayed in this hotel only for 1 night but I didn't like the upkeep of the room that was allotted to me. The size was small, bed sheets and pillow covers were not very clean and the bathroom door and floor was not maintained properly. I pointed it out to the management and they took prompt action to give me a new room. This room was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The food was also so-so types. Most of the TV channels that I normally watch, were not available. On enquiring, I was told that preferred TV channels should have been told by the guest in advance so that arrangements could be made! I would not like to stay in this hotel, next time when I visit Mohali, Chandigarh.

Average type

Well this hotel is not up to the mark & the service is also average. They take time to serve food in the rooms. Buffet was fine not that bad location wise it is apt overall we had a average experience.

ok service

KLG International is an average hotel, you should get a room for around INR 1500, anything above is not worth it. The food is good and the bar offers variety of drinks. The rooms are ok and the services below average.

Average Hotel

It's very bad experience while staying at Hotel KLG International Sector 43 Chandigarh. Rooms shown on web are completely different from actual rooms. Rooms are pathetic. Restaurant was having bad odour smell. They took more than 40 minutes to serve tea. Reception people told that their owners have taken this hotel on lease and are interested in making profits only and have no interest in improving Customer Services.

Hotel KLG International Sector 43 Chandigarh

We had to catch a bus from ISBT 43B for Manali and this hotel provided the perfect overnight halt.

It's a 2 minutes drive away from ISBT. We barely had few hours in Chandigarh and the staff gave us good guidance for sightseeing.

Room was neat and clean and Breakfast was very good.
