Stayed there for few days for business in chennai trade centre , great service by anand and satish ,comfortable matress and neatly maintained rooms.over all a happy stay for5 days will start using them for all trade centre visits

Business class apartment great location

This is my first visit its opposite to Chennai Trade Centre the spacious rooms at this Apartment are very clean and functional with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. Special thanks to care taker Mr.Raj Mohan

Spacious rooms

This is for the kind information of the management.  We were 9 girls and we had booked one apartment with 3 bedrooms and had paid the advance amount for the same.  However on arrival,  after waiting for half an hour,  we were given the rooms which reeked of paint and the toilets were clean but stinking badly.  Since we were new there and didn't know anyone we decided to stay there itself.  There were three bedrooms and a kitchen and dining area. There were used utensils in the kitchen sink.  The two guys in the reception said we cannot use the kitchen and the common space between the bedrooms.  As we were contemplating one guy just entered the apartment in front of our eyes and went into the kitchen without asking us, kept some things n left.  On enquiry we were informed that the kitchen will be used by them for cooking and we will not be given the key to the main door of the apartment,  making it accessible for anyone from outside to come whenever they want. The bedroom doors also didn't have any bolt other than the common knob lock which can be opened by anyone with a key from outside also.  Since we understood it would not be safe for us to stay there, we immediately left the place. On writing a review on this page,  instead of apologizing,  the management  replied very rudely.

Unprofessional

This place cannot be called even a lodge. Very poor and definitely not fit for family. The first room allotted had no water in the wash basin. For nearly two hours no plumber turned up.  Then we were moved to another room which had twin bed with two beds of different size.  Since we were on a specific visit had no time to look for alternative.  The first day towels were torn. The next day the towels were stained and the third day they did not replace the towels. During our stay of three nights the room was cleaned only once and linens never changed.  The reception was always empty and we had to call a mobile number every time we needed some assistance. Pathetic place and would not recommend it to anyone.  Sheer waste of money.

Horrible

Good one if you don't look for any service from them, booked thro oyo rooms and got this room, just opp to chennai trade center, near to airport. prominent location. silent property. (except the employees are training in keyboard).

2. near good restaurant like SANGEETHA (veg) & BHUHARI FOR NON VEG. 
3. BANK hdfc & other ATM available.
4. very silent rooms for sound sleep. 
5. beds & linen is good in shape.

1. no service person available.
2. no kitchen or food service. out sourced not that great.
3. no coffee making facility ( only kettle is provided) 
4. No lockers. (you can carry key however)
