Pathetic service, non working conditions of amenities inside the room. The management is so poor that they don’t even recharge the DTH for guest they do it on daily basis, i have found frogs inside my room that means they don’t even pest control their premises regularly. Toilet’s ventilation windows glass were broke, and it was risky that any one could see you from outside. I genuinely don’t recommend this place. Very poor hospitality 

Poor Management and Hospitality

Had visited this facility with my spouse and daughter last weekend. 
They don't do any website selling but rather depend on other portals for all the bookings. That's where the issue is. The person while trying to sell it explains that you ha e this facilty and swimming pool a d boating (at additional cost) etc etc. But fails to mention that this camping is done far from the lake/river. It's actually done in a garden area of this resort where in there are resort guests also enjoying their day. Point is, they could ha e just been clear that this camping is in a different location that camps are usually in. 
Had a bad experience with an individual known as Bindresh. I even called him and expressed my disappotment. In return he said that if you check the voucher it's mentioned that it's a poolside camping and so on and so on. 
Suggest the property owners to be careful of such people who spoil the name of the facility.

I decided not to wait back after all the replies that I received. Instead, i booked another facility and shifted there with my family.

Terrible experience

Sales people are not transparent when selling this property

We booked the resort for a weekend stay but returned totally disappointed. The property is huge and was developed with lots of things kept in mind. However, it is now left to decay and most of the things are out of maintenance. To top it all, there's a lack of co-ordination between their sales/marketing dept and the staff on site. This is the first time ever where though we reached around 11.30am and check-in time is 1.00 pm and we were okay to wait till check in time, but we got the room only at 1.48 pm that too after arguing and escalating the matter. Having a toddler with us made this delay highly inconvenient for us 
After that we get the room for which we had paid 6000 for a night! It's ridiculously called "deluxe suite". I have never stayed in anything so low standard for even Rs.2000 nightly rate! The room had just a small bed, cheapest linen, 1 set of chairs and table and a phone. No television/ hooks or hangers for clothes/cupboard or shelf/ NOT EVEN A MIRROR! I had to use phone camera to comb my hairs as there isn't one in the toilet either. Only positive thing was a clean relatively new looking toilet but which again had nothing like a shelf/ dustbin/ mirror/ enough space..plain nothing!
Coming to food...it's buffet and menu is good. But though the dinner and breakfast was nothing much to complain of, I don't know why the lunch food was excessively oily. There was added oily gravy in every curry and it appeared highly unhealthy.
As already mentioned, the pool side, kid's rides etc were all out of maintenance. The changing room at pool side simply unhygienic. The slide pool that they so advertise of was always to be operational on some other timings than what was told to us. Lack of co-ordination between frot desk and pool side staff.
The boat ride charges were exorbitant @250 Rs per ride for 15 mins! And there's only 1 boat and a que of people waiting for their turn . There's a big indoor games room however it is out of maintenance and place is stuffed with garbage. I have never seen a property open to guests being so neglected.

Coming to why I gave 3 stars and not 2 is: 
1. the good attitude of staffs other than the front desk who seem to be stressed out due to confusion created by their marketing team. 
2. Pool is a great one and option of slides make it better though we never got to enjoy them thanks to different timings told by different persons. We could however enjoy rain dance option.
2. The concept of bringing in experiences for the guests though at a lower standard. Here I mean having the facility of a boat ride. The option of camping at the riverside alongwith bonfire and live music coupled with stargazing through telescope. The live music was really good and they had also arranged for wine and dine option at the location for whoever wanted to. 

They have a great location and a good property but maintenance and service really needs to be notched up.

A good property ruined by mismanagement and lack of maintenance

Sharing our horrible experience :-

1. It was the worst & horrible stay ever in our whole traveling life as we keep on go for outing every other week.

2. Attitude of the reception team at the time of arrival was very rude and non-cooperative.

3. Food Quality - The Worst quality I had ever had in any resort.

4. Co-ordination between sales team and Site Team was very poor due which we had to waste our whole day arguing with the Site Team and due to which we have to pay Rs. 6000 extra.

5. Overall hygiene was very much poor.
 
6. Swimming Pool is not cleaned and is not maintained properly. The water is smelly

We wasted Rs. 12000/- to visit such PATHETIC PLACE & PATHETIC STAFF at Shrushti Farms. I will not recommend visiting this Shrushti Farms, Vashind for anyone.

JUST PATHETIC

Sharing My Worst Experience in the below things.

1. Attitude of the reception team at the time of arrival was very rud and non-cooperative.

2. Food Quality - The Worst quality I had ever had in any resort.

3. Co-ordination between sales team and Site Team was very poor due which we had to waste our half a day arguing with the Site Team and due to which we have to pay 5000Rs extra.

4. Indoor activities like Table Tenis, Carrom, Pool Table are in bad condition. Also, the Swimming Pool is not cleaned and is not maintained properly. The water is smelly 

Overall it was the worst experience and it's a waste of money to visit the Shrushti Farms. I will not recommend visiting this Shrushti Farms, Vashind

Worst Resort I have ever seen

Sharing our worst experience in below things 
1.	Attitude of the reception team at time of arrival was very rude and non-cooperative. 
2.	Food Quality – was very pathetic
3.	Co-ordination between sales team and Site team was very poor due which we had to waste our half a day arguing with site team and paid Rs5000 extra.
4.	Indoor activities like Table Tennis and Pool Table , Carom were in bad condition. As well as Swimming pool was uncleaned and smelly. 

Over all waste of money and entire Shrusti Farm teams are not reliable.  I will not  recommend to visit this Shrushti Farm, Vashind

Worst Resort in VASIND - Pathetic Management

We will share the Golden Experience with Srushti Farmhouse at Vasind on the occasion of our Daughter’s Marriage on  01-12-2021, Wednesday. Here are  our reviews

1.	The name “Srushti” stands true as it is in the close vicinity of nature – lush green surroundings, uncountable tall trees, river flowing next to farm house with water throughout the year, ample birds, huge area (8-acre land), fresh unpolluted air, silent atmosphere, healthy weather. It is the most perfect & idle location to spend the Golden Time of our Life here. It is really Heaven on Earth.

2.	Hospitality-“Srushti” is known for its Highest Level of Hospitality. It is their specialty. Every staff -from Higher to Lower management extends to every guest all co-operation with smiling face through the Day. Their patience, loving &caring nature is the key to the success of the Marriage.  

3.	Programme Arrangement Skills-They do have specialization in arranging all types of functions of any capacity. They did n number of functions successfully.  Our function was one of the best organized successful functions. Well, meticulous systematic planning resulted in the grand success of the Marriage.

4.	Food-“Srushti” is well known for their fresh, hot, tasty, delicious, with high  Nutritional Quality food. All our guests were extremely happy with the Food.

5.	Hygienic- “Srushti” really maintains clean and Hygienic conditions of the complete farm and all rooms. Sizable Team of Housekeeping works round the clock.

6.	Trust-“Srushti” maintains the highest business policy as “Trust”, without trust business never runs. We have experienced the Highest Level of Trust  between Srushti and us so many times throughout our long marathon duration – from Jan 21 to 1 Dec 2021 

7.	Handling Critical Situation-This skill may not be with every farmhouse. But we experienced it closely on 1-12-21  as it was raining. An unexpected rain throughout the day. Complete marriage functions were having  3 different events at 3 different locations. Engagement at River side-Haldi at Swimming poolside & Marriage at Lawn and food at Restaurant. Due to rain, myself and Decorator, Mr.Dineshji were little worried initially, but after worthful discussions, over gazebo at Riverside, plastic sheet hoisted in just 10 mins thus all guests were sitting in dry weather. Due to darkness halogen lights are installed on the Haldi side so as to make it lighty.In just a few hours the decoration was dismantled from the Riverside stage and placed in Hall for Marriage purposes including the stage. Chairs and mattress removed as it was meant for Rest. The Bridal entry was modified and successfully executed which all guests admired. All this happened because of the intelligence and experience of our Decorator Mr.Dineshi.It is really worrying situation for a Father but all my worries were removed and I felt fresh.

8.	Family touch &togetherness for Marriage-The Owner(Shri. Sujal Sir), Shri.Pratik.Sir every time told us that every marriage they treat as their own family function. This gives close attachment and family touch and closeness. This we never experienced in our Life. Businessmen just see Money but Our  Great Shri. Sujal Sir gives top priority to customer satisfaction 

9.	Finally -We will request and will insist everyone who reads this review to visit at least once in their life such a lovely farmhouse, which is not a Farmhouse but Heaven on Earth.

Daughter's Marriage- dt 01-12-2021 Experience

Be Careful while booking this, they will ask you pay 50% advance and before check in ask to pay full - this was weird but we understood later why they do it - they know that people will ask for refund!
1.No guarantee that same room you will get which was booked - we paid 5,000 extra for having two bathrooms in executive room but given different room and shamelessly said  that other room we booked is not available - finally after lot of noise we got the room we booked - late night
2.Room is dirty - tiles are not fixed properly , light not working in bathroom, no glasses, hot water flask in room, no tea / coffee making machine - we were charged 23,600 for one night for 5 adults!
3,Food - pathetic - its just too spicy not tasty, kids definitely cant eat it, dinner vegetables  - spoiled it was as onion and panner couldn't hold its quality 
4. Stary dogs in property 
5. Play area was ok 
6. Swimm pool- people use pool without appropriate clothing and without shower - no one to bother there .

Its just loot from people ! am sure you will find better options than this,

Pathetic Management

The room was comfortable but the curtains and the bed sheets were soiled. The towels given were soaking wet. The washroom stinked as though it was a public lavatory. The bed side lamp and the latch of the main door were broken and the pictures of the same are attached herewith. The maintenance of the ground was horrible and the water slide was un-mane and the water was awfully dirty. We were told that due to covid restrictions the pool will be closed but it was awful children and adults moving around without masks and no distancing maintained. 

The food was unlimited but the quality was absolutely mediocre. 
It was not a pleasure dining at all because of the excessive salt and oil. 

No glasses or kettle or any other amenities were provided in the room. 

Though the staff Pritam, Suresh, Tipnis and Madhukar were very helpful...they were short staffed and the people coming in for food etc couldn't be managed leading to excessive risk for several people. 

This place isn't for a family get together. It's only good for those who wish to drink and get sloshed and behave dirty and unruly everywhere. 

Dnt forget that there is no WIFi and the network for a service provider like Vodafone is terrible.

Fancy pictures on the website but very disappointing reality

I visited Shrushti farm with friends yesterday for a day picnic. With 5 friends.. We enjoyed.. Liked the greenery, swimming pool, rain dance.... We also booked a room for rest and relax. Breakfast, lunch tea snax all ok.. Staff were friendly.
