Good Things all

All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Good location for Taj Mahal. Rooms were modern, nice roof terrace for breakfast which was included in the price. Rooms had air conditioning and a fan. Would recommend for a short stay. 

Excellent Hotel

Had a lovely stay in the Hotel Grand. Basic amenities with polite staff and clean room. Would recommend for a short stay. It’s a short trip to the Taj Mahal by taxi. Breakfast is served on the roof with fabulous views. 


Agra 

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Roof terrace for views over city. Very close to Taj Mahall. Breakfast omelette and coffee in the morning wasn’t very good. 
Recommend to those visiting Agra for a night

Good hotel in Agra

Average Hotel located in Heart of City. On 2nd floor of shopping complex. 
With congested City traffic and one way system, this hotel is far off while you enter by road from Delhi Road Highway and within 4 km range from Railway station.
Room size are small and maintenance is below Average. AC was not found working, door lock key was missing, etc.
Staffs though not professional, but cooperative with their own efforts.
Swadisht resturant is on 1st floor of Hotel and is one of the good dining place of city with Tasty Foods.
Parking for 4w is available.
Good only if your stay requirement is within City but bit costly tariff with the available service standard.


Average Hotel located in Heart of City

MMT assured thus went to this place, my first time in Darbhanga. First of all the hotel makes you feel not welcome as you will have to carry your luggage one flight to reach a shaky elevator. The reception area looks direct from a C class movie, stink is permanent of cheap plastic and soggy foam. The room given to me had an AC and a strong freshener was sprayed, which i came to know why when the bathroom started stinking so bad I could not breath. Asked for change of room which was done ASAP, they knew room had issues. The changed room also started stinking in some time, by night i had to stop my breath to use loo.  The bathroom roof leaked and if not careful one can slip over it. Food served was greasy and good enough to fill stomach nothing worth to talk. 

The butter milk served was sour curd hurriedly mixed with salt and coriander. Returned after meal. The waiter came 20 mins later with a fresh one but i refused.
Verdict: Avoid if you have better options, colleagues told me later Zaika has better rooms.

Not of MMT standards.

This is most pathetic hotel with most manner less staff and owner who misbehaved with a senior citizen , took booking including breakfast but when reached hotel they had absolutely no staff and denied every thing and simply said cancel booking if u want , and also misbehaved with a senior citizen saying nothing happens with ratings and nothing can harm them , they misbehaved in such a way that my parents had to check out and look for other hotel , i request all do not encourage this hotel , i will look for actions that can be taken on this hotel , mot sure if they even have license to operate , it was serious threat to health and security

They openly say nothing can harm them , none of aggregators should list this hotel but shame they are only interested, in money , goibibo says they can not take action one just one incident !!
