Wonderful hotel in a good location. View form the room is beautiful. Foods are also very good. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Amazing experience in this hotel. I stayed in this hotel from 27 to 30th March 23.

I want to again stay in this hotel in the month of October or November for amazing view of Kanchanjhangha & its location

Our stay at Nirvana has been truly memorable only because of the warmth of the people around who made it a comfortable and a pleasant one, indeed! Yanchi, Prayas and Diwakar have been just more than the 'staff' of the hotel especially whenever we needed anything! They just went beyond anything and everything to make us 'feel at home'... Be it meals, amenities or special bonfire (with lovely live music by Diwakar), they just made everything happened! This place has definitely become a permanent destination for us because of this special treatment from these lovely people! And, we would strongly recommend this place (especially, these people) to whoever is travelling to the 'Queen of Hills' for some memorable moments!

Fond memories of Queen of Hills...

We were looking for a hotel in Darjeeling that would give us an unhindered view of the snow peaks on a clear day from our room and I am glad to say that the Nirvana hotel was a great choice. The view room have large glass windows and if you are an early riser, you might witness the majestic play of sunlight on the mountain peaks from your bed itself and save the trouble of going to Tiger Hill. The room was well furnished and had all the amenities that one can wish for including hot water and electric blanket. I did feel that the hotel is understaffed but that didn't stop Yangtchen and Adarsh from making our stay a comfortable one. It is located at a distance of 10 mins from the mall road, that's probably the only downside if you are traveling with elderly people.On the second morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see perfectly round fulko loochis (and not the atta ki poori that they serve in the northern parts of the country) for breakfast. Book this hotel without a doubt!

Admire the snow peaks from your bed

We were there in Nirvana Retreat in the month of February 2021, I must say we had wonderful experience here. Hotel located near Governer house and observatory point, away from the tremendous rush of mall. View from the room is wonderful. Rooms are cozy with decent interior and having all the required amenities. I must mention the hospitality part which has really impressed me, all the staffs are in smiling face and always willing to help. We had a wonderful time here. 

Wonderful hospitality

When we go for a trip, especially with family, we always seek for a stay that is family-friendly, calm and to-the-comfort. The name "Nirvana" will surely sound you familiar for sure.

We have been well escorted by Yangchen (lady in-charge of the hotel) and her team - though the team is small - but they will never keep any stones unturned to make your start and trip a comfortable one!

We booked for Mountain View Rooms with Breakfast, which we received at a very decent discount.

We did not take any of our breakfast as we had other plans. Last day we had an early flight to Kolkata so we planned to take breakfast at the hotel.

When I went for final bill settlement, I found they have not charged for any tea/coffee (we took multiple times a day) we had taken during our stay at the hotel - also served us with masala omelette for free which wasn't on the complimentary menu. What else you expect? I am sure we are not...

So if you love to take a nice view of Kanchenjunga from your room and take a small walk to Mall...try this hotel for sure!

Best View...superb hospitality!

Visited Darjeeling on November 13,2019 checkout on November 17,2019. Great stay at Hotel Nirvana. Room with a view ... Great view of the Kanchenjunga mountain and beautiful hamlets all around... All while lying on the bed. The bed has a warmer which makes it cosy and comfortable. Tailor made free breakfast at bed, lunch and dinner as per your palate. Super service by staff from Manager till room attendant. A whole new experience. Sharing some photos taken from the room.

Pleasure trip to the hills

Our stay at hotel nirvana made darjeeling more memorable to us with its spectacular views, cosy rooms,superb service and cooperation. Specially Manish the manager ,helped us right from the beginning with booking , rooms and also helped us in everyway possible during our stay. If you are nature lover who wants a peace and calm stay away from the hustle of the city the place is perfect for you

A place of tranquil and peace

Very clean hotel and nicely decorated. Beautiful views. And a electric bed warmer!!
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Basic fixed breakfast included. So-so Wifi. And a stone's throw from the mall, but in a calm pedestrian neighbourhood.

Beautiful Kanchenjunga

After a long time we visited the queen of the hills. And as always I have been particularly finiky about my stay Everytime. This time the queen greeted us with Treebo Trend Nirvana. A newly renovated,Plush hotel that made my stay a "WOW" experience. Good amenities,Amazing view of the scenic beauty is just beyond saying. The major plus for me is the staff of the hotel. Starting form the Front Office staff, Housekeeping and Service staff always served with a smile. I would love to go back to the property Everytime I come back here.

Dazzling Darj.

To start with,I have recently visited Darjeeling.Infact today I am leaving for Siliguri.My stay at this hotel has been the best experience I had in Darjeeling till date.the rooms are comfy(with bed heaters),clear view of the valley and also MT.Kanchendzonga(though it was cloudy at this time).The food was delicious and tasted like home-cooked food.Though the only downside was the slow room service,which I think,can be improved if the manpower is increased a little.Also another thing to say is the hospitality shown by all the representatives of the hotel including the Manager,Mr.Manish Lama..The way he got us a cab for a friend of mine (who came to visit us at our hotel room)at 9-9:30pm was commendable(since getting cabs at night in Darjeeling is a little difficult,and also their hotel was a little far away).So I think this hotel should be given more than 5stars.
I promise to come back to Darjeeling and stay in this hotel only.And I shall also recommend to all my friends and colleagues.
Thank you Mr.Manish and everyone at the hotel  for giving us such a wonderful welcome and making our stay memorable.
