Do not stay here. Most worthless hotel I have ever stayed. So in hygiene room. Water logged in wash room. The staff are good but they have nothing to do as the management of hotel does not take care of the guests.

Worthless hotel

I have booked economy room and it was so small so I had to upgrate to delux. Even delux room looks like another dirty indian hotel, except the view from the window and good wifi nothing good. Not a value for money (2200rs) for sure.

Don’t stay here

Location of hotel is very bad ,you need to walk a lot from mall road since no transportation available. Also rooms are very dark except the front rooms .No water supply r and kitchen facility in the hotel, if travelling with kids, pathetic place to live with

worthless hotel

I booked this property through "Booking.com". The advertisement at booking.com said the booking was confirmed and no payment was required at that time. I was supposed to pay for the room rent at the property when I stay there. However, the very next day I received an email communication from the property asking me to pay the full amount to secure the booking, else they would not guarantee my booking and cannot confirm availability. I replied to them stating that it was absolutely against what was advertised and still I was ready to pay a token amount, to secure my booking, which, as we all know is a standard practice in India. However, they never replied to me and kept on sending me repeated emails asking for the full amount to be paid.
This is ridiculous and seriously unethical and not clean business. So, folks before going ahead with your booking with this property, check with them, because after reaching the Hotel you might realize that your booking was not confirmed and then God help you.

Suspicious and Unethical Demands

rooms r very small full of insect,no power backup,no water supply,please dont go to this hotel,otherwise in night bugs will welcum u in yr bed..i stayed here for one night and ran away next day without bath though i paid for three nights..manager is totally irresponsible man who dont know the direction of hotel dezong..i will never suggest to take this hotel anyone..

worst possible hotel

Location: Far from mall road. The street leading to this hotel is filled with garbage and has lots of stray dogs. The road has a steep descent as the hotel gets near and no street lights. People with knee problems, please avoid. You also have to carry (or drag) your luggage from the taxi stand (400-500 m approx).

Room: The room we were allotted was small and not very clean. The room had a TV and a small table by the bed. No cupboards. The carpet was not clean and the blankets were most likely not washed (or dry cleaned). Carry bed sheets to use beneath the blankets. The bathroom was stinking of the trash outside due to a small opening which was not fixed.

Service: The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. They also made us breakfast - omelette and bread-butter. We had to ask them to switch on the geyser when we needed it and they were prompt at it.

The only good thing was the view from the room in the morning. Breathtaking!
