Good service 

Excellent.the staff went above and beyond just had a wonderful. the location is perfect for what we love to do( main shopping market, close to railway station, etc..). Room was comfortable, free Wi-Fi & nice restaurant with beautiful huge painting.

Excellent customer service..they do no say no!!!

The hotel service is very worst and the staffs are very rude. Telecom is not working and the receptionist is not co-operative. The outside view is good but the room and washroom is worst.There are leakage in washroom.

Worst hotel

We stayed here for 1 night. 3 rooms.
Hotel located in central of Dehradun market. It's very near from Railway station also.
Hotel offers good clean spacious rooms. They also provide in room dining. 
The restaurant in hotel is decent enough and provides very nice tasty food.

Overall good hotel for budget looking traveler with best service. You will get lot of things to purchase very near to the hotel as located in central of market.

Don't forget to try there thali. It's really good & enough for 2 people with normal diet.

Good budgeted hotel

I booked the room from make my trip .com. the hotel people took extra 500 for early check-in. The room was really small in comparison to a duplex room. The most important thing the room was full of dead  Cockroaches. The stuffs are very uncooperative and rude. Only advantage is it is nearest to the railway station and bus stand. 

Lack of cleaning

We choose this hotel because of its proximity to the bus stand- it is hardly a 5 minute walk. The room was basic and cleanliness is not that great, but we just needed a place to rest for the night before starting trek journey the next morning and it met our requirement. For the price it is good enough. Service standards are average, but the staff is friendly and helpful.

Budget hotel located close to the busstand

We booked a room for a night after completing our kedartal trek.

They gave us a room with a faulty geyser at first.

We had to  wait for half an hour before we realized this. When we called them to take a look, a guy came and said that it cant be repaired.

Then I asked him to change the room and at first he said no rooms are available. 
Later after fighting at the reception they gave us a room. Liars!
 We had to take all luggage on another floor as there was no help from them. Most of our luggage was already spread in previous room. We had to gather it and change our floor and room. 
We were already very tired and it was a horrible experience for me and my wife.

Good hotel staff is very cooperative, Rooms are quite large, only they have to improve on morning break-fast, i feel there communication with kitchen was not good.
we order something and received something else.
Otherwise good option and location is also good.
