1) They have no records of you checking in and checking out. At the time of checking out, they don't give any confirmation of payment, don't ask you to sign anywhere, etc. It's all 'black money; that they are taking in cash without receipts.
2) I had a 2-day stay and electricity went off all the time. They give excuses that maintenance work going on. Even the generator takes time to start.
3) The WIFI service is pathetic. Forget if you have any important work. Get your own data.
4) AC not working, the room door lock is broken, bathroom lock not there, sanitizer over
5) No discount even after such poor service. Just INR 200 discount after negotiating for half an hour.
PLS AVOID!

Worst service of any hotel- Pls dont waste your money, you will thank me later!

It's nice hotel. I have visited bokaro with my nephew for some exam on next day. I had visited this hotel and found very comfortable. Specially the AC was quite silent and it's split type unlike other window AC in most of the hotels. Service was good. Room service is little bit annoying, rest ok.

Nice hotel

Booked the hotel at the last minute and found that there wasn't any organised car parking, lift was not functional from ground floor, had take my mother down to the dirty and ground floor walking to the lift. The  hotel rooms had a strange musty smell, the AC wasn't functional, toilet seats were broken and basic things like drinking water wasn't provided. 

It took them 50 minutes to get a cup of tea. A simple order of vegetable sandwiches was served after an hour and it contained a spread made of Red Chillies pickle and stale vegetables. Limited menu is available that only during the day time. Kitchen opens at 7:00 am and  Morning Tea is not available before 7:30 am.

The geysers were not connected with the generator so hot water is available only if the electric supply is there.

Reached there at 9 PM and had to take efforts to find someone as no one was there downstairs.  They took the charges of the entire 3 nights at the time of check in.  I had 2 rooms booked and we were taken to our rooms.  The bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and were torn at places.  The towels looked as if they have been retrieved from a dump yard.  The bathrooms were not cleaned and even the thrash cans contained thrashes of previous guests.  Later on I came to know that this 'international' hotel had only 4 rooms and 2 staff who would take care from cleaning to serving food.  They hand you with a minuscule soap and expect that to survive 3 days for 3 people.  When you go to sleep at night you will find that 3 or 4 people shouting in-front of your rooms and singing songs.  They are supposed to be security and staff and you have to get out of your room to tell them to be a little quiet.

Stayed in this hotel from 30 Dec 2018 to 2 Jan 2019 and my general impression is this was one big mistake.

The staff and the people of the hotel are good but the rooms were not up to the mark. At these prices in Dhanbad you can get better rooms. The rooms need renovation as the walls are dirty and few places the wallpaper is coming off.

Only recommended if you want to stay overnight.

I must say the hotel offers an awesome service at this price range that too in the main Dhanbad city area. Hotel is at 10 mins distance from railway station.Nicely decorated both from interior and exterior, well managed stuffs, decent food .
Overall, a super cool deal to bang on.
