This property is walking distance from the Infocity main gate (Tower1). Its vast but poorly maintained, right from the entrance area to the lobby, to the sofas (torn and huge gaping holes in it) kept in the lobby area. 

Checked in at around 7pm. Since there was nothing to review, listing all the red flags below.

1. The room was on the first floor (there were broken chairs stacked next to the staircase). These were not ordinary chairs, they looked like a scrap dealer had stored it.
2. The room was large, but not maintained (see pictures of damp walls and broken tiles to the bathroom)
3. The pillow covers had hair on it. Called housekeeping, they replaced it promptly - with pillows which had hair on it! I lost all hope.
4. Ordered food (thali), it was a lot. 
5. Went to sleep at 11. Heard stray dogs barking just outside the premises (this is a private property, however, there were a couple of strays roaming around).
6. Woke up at 2am, saw a BAT circling in the room. Yes, a bat. Called the reception, the guy came with a broom, shoved it out of the window somehow. This meant that the bat was already somewhere inside the room (I didnt check the room thoroughly, cause I was tired and just wanted to goto sleep).
7. Woke up determined that I'm getting out of this 'resort'. Went down for breakfast. Saw a makeshift table with some bread, pickles, jam, chutney etc. AND with a LOT of flies on all of this. 
Did not eat anything, though they offered to give me paratha. But seeing the kitchen (from outside) and how clean the breakfast table was, I skipped. 

This 'resort' had its days of glory maybe atleast 3 years back. Considering this property is at a prime location, the owners clearly are disinterested in its upkeep and should ideally just close it and do something better with the real estate.

Property is big, but not well maintained 
Rooms are messy
Beds are not clean
Bathrooms are not in a good condition. 
I had asked for two different beds but the whole property did not hv one.
Wiring of the appliances are  not good, appliances ae noisy.
Sofa is broken....

NO VALUE FOR MONEY

We went there in the month of November, we loved everything. Amenities are good..ambiance is also good. Staff is polite n helful too. Food is also good. Rooms are clean all the. Necessary things were there. Rooms are spacious too.

Great place!

Despite the genuine efforts by some of the staff to accommodate guests' needs, I would recommend against staying in this hotel as hygiene requirements are not met. During our stay there we had to insist to be given clean linen, which seemed to be out of the norm. The place is also extremely noisy, with people starting to play tennis or working out at the gym as early as 6 in the morning (probably it was even earlier on some days!), which does not allow for very quiet sleep. Especially when after midnight the place was still very noisy with people moving furniture around the 'lobby' totally careless about guests sleeping. Good thing was the gentleness of some of the staff, their willingness to improve (during our 1-week stay already improvements were made), the location and grounds and next door Mocha restaurant.

Not highly recommended

We booked an Executive Suite room thru MMTP/ Oyo for 19th July and that too , 1 day in advance. We did receive a confirmed invoice and a confirmation for this room. 
On reaching the hotel at 1830 hrs, we were told that our booking is wait-listed and they can't provide us the room. The way Reception Manager Mr Dimple attended us, was very bad. Hospitality very very poor. We struggled for almost 2 hours with Hotel staff, OYO team but all in vain. Finally , we had to leave the hotel.
We feel that some arrangements were made by the hotel staff directly as the rent of the room directly was quite high.
So, take all precautions if you are doing advance booking for this resort and that too , thru OYO and MMTP
