the renovated deluxe rooms of the hotel are quite decent but the non-renovated old rooms on 3rd & 4th floors are in very bad shape & need atleast some face lift. Being a very old hotel & staff, the restaurant & house keeping personal surely need some training to become more professional & better in their respective work. Breakfast was nothing much to talk about, if you try & order anything the 1st response of staff would be that it will take very long to serve!?! 

Need improvement in old rooms & staffs' training

I came to visit Ayodhya Shri Ram Mandir and came on recommendation of a friend. The hotel is located about 30 mins from the Sarayu River and Ram Mandir. It was a very comfortable stay with large rooms with basic amenities and good housekeeping. Breakfast spread was basic and  ample. No wi-fi. Reception is a bit slow in responding to emails.

I am serving this Tourism Industry since 24 years, i never deal with such an irresponsible, arrogance Staff, Mr Saurabh Saxena is one of them, We have booked this hotel for our International Guest, Once they checked in they found there is No WIFI at This hotel, No Wifi is genuine problem from Hotel side, but behavior of Mr Saurabh is too  bad, once i called him personally and requesting to guide guest to buy a sim card ,he was so rude, when i called to transfer the call to the guest room, his answer is very annoying, Hotel Owner look into this matter, staff behavior should be polite, this is an service industry, if stafff behave like goons, that is very bad for hotel future

The price of 5k for a double occupancy is certainly very sleep . Food is good . Service is decent ..its a good 2  to2.5 star hotel

The best hotel i have ever seen in my life the butter chicken and butter naan is so amazing the Service is so fast and the food and fruits served there is so fresh. Halls are so good this is the perfect place in Ayodhya to enjoy

My experience towards the hotel

Krishna hotel charges are more than any decent 5 star hotel in a big metro city however its facilities are worse than a non star guest house in any small town in the country. The service is almost non existent. There are better hotel nearby in less than half cost.

Excellent property, very well suited spacious rooms. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Room service and the quality of food was also very good. The property is located centrally in Ayodhya and provides an excellent approach to the near-by places to visit.

one day family visit to Ayodhya

We went to visit Ayodhya .but had to stay in faizabad as ayodhya has no decent hotels.Krishna Palace is one of the better properties there.good food .rooms are not very clean but ok.one can do day trip to ayodhya from lucknow .

The restaurant of Krishna palace is cozy and dish in nonveg section murg tikaquando i liked .this is situated in the civil lines area adjacent to railway station and Bus stand.the Ayodhya city is approx 12km frm here.

We had 3 nights, at this place, rude reception, old, dirty, knocked about rooms and furniture and absolutely overpriced, we paid less for a lovely room in a new hotel in DELHI!!!  Buffet breakfast mediocre at best, dinner lousy. They even allowed their rooms to be used by young students for a party.  As I said in my title, the only reason we stayed was that other hotels in Faizabad are even worse.
We should have tried to get a room in an ashram in Ayodhya. Also worth mentioning is, this is the only place where we stayed in India without Internet!!!...
