The hotel is fantastic to stay. Food, room and the staff were lovely. I strongly recommend anyone to choose this hotel for a highly comfortable stay. The heater in the room is always on so as to make the room temperature warm. Hats off to their services. Mr. Kesar Khan in the Restaurant is highly friendly. 


Best for an extended stay 

This hotel is in Tanmarg and Not Gulmarg but Best property to book.

Pros:
- Very good location, 100mts from main road, Scenic surroundings, a small stream runs just next to hotel
- Clean and Hygienic rooms, wooden floors, clean curtains
- Well Equipped rooms with Geyser, Aircon, Water heater, plug points
- Hot water supply, clean bathrooms, modern fittings in washroom
- Good food in the Inhouse restaurant
- Courteous staff, very prompt on any request. They come in 2 min on any calls!

Cons:
- bed was a bit small
- View from room was not there

- Warm and welcoming team always attentive to our needs and requests. 
- Well located not far from Gulmarg ski resort
- Room was clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. 
- Buffet had a good variety of dishes and was excellent. We had the chance to discover some Kashmiri specialities throughout our stay

Good Hotel, new property, proper rooms with Room Heater. Polite and very good service staff. hotel is around 14km  far/ below main Gulmarg location. Food taste is OK.

It's a nice hotel, located near the stream . Rooms were well equipped with facilities. Bathroom was quite spacious. Staff was polite and friendly. Fresh food was prepared with delicious taste.We enjoyed our stay over there.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

It is new property in Tanmarg . Staff is quite cordial. One water stream if flowing from inside Hotel. Breakfast & Dinner was ok. Hotel is good but they should not keep it's name Gulmarg to mislead customers. Those wants to stay in main Gulmarg will feel cheated.

13 KM FROM Gulmarg in Tanmarg.

Here I have stayed this April. Service was too good and service person Adil was so helpful in his service. I loved the way he handled the guest.

Centrally located! Awesome and helpful staff and everything you need is available! Rooms are clean and tidy, all
Equipments installed to keep you warm and cozy! Food is good and service is awesome ! Special shout out to Tanveer for taking the extra step always to help ! Definitely recommended as close to Gulmarg point and drung waterfall ! Thank you everyone at HGH for making our stay so so comfortable! Will surely visit again!

Cozy comfortable and centrally located!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights - 5th & 6th Feb. The room given to us was on the first floor, just above the restaurant floor. The room had big windows to experience the wilderness outside being in room comfort. The room heater was working fine for the first day but on the second day, it was not heating that great. However, we managed it considering the great view we could see. The staffs were really helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to "Tanveer" who was very attentive to our requirements. A a nice gesture, the hotel offered us a complimentary Kahwa. The buffet spread for breakfast was good. They also arranged Mutton rogan josh basis our customised request during dinner. One of the best stays in Tangmarg.

Experiencing snowfall from bed

Alert!!! This hotel is not situated in Gulmarg. It is 15km down from main gulmarg and situated in tonmarg near the market.

Please be careful before booking this hotel! Our tour manager had also Booked this hotel considering the same due to its name and unfortunately after going up at gulmarg where one usually goes to experience snow and serenity, we discovered that it is 15km down the hill. Where u won't find a single snow but only crowd. 

Instead choose to stay at shaw-inn which is value for money and amazing place to stay & service.
