Things were not as mentioned about the Hotel details given while booking it. Service needs improvement and took long time as the cook had gone out in the evening and returned after 2 hours , so we waited  that long for Tea to be served. The sheets , pillow covers also looked to be used or were not fresh.

Hotel Khanna Palace have a mast location in Haridwar city.
Ganga Ghat, Main highway, Shanti kunj and other main locations are near by from here.
Hotel have a good service and proper parking facilities available here.
Staff behaviour are very friendly and familiar.

Mast Location...

Good and neat hotel. Looks bit old but excellent cooperative staff. Have a nice vegetarian restaurant, which serves delicious delicacies. Well connected and not very far from the main tourist attractions of haridwar 

Old but neat

Superb location nice and very quiet from busy road snd horn. Nice food .nice staff.Good price value for money we stay there since 4 years this year is my fith visit there.I was for prayers .Special and heartiest to the young lady at the reception and Narendar who is very Cooperative everytime and very helpful. Food is very nice value for money and very tasty .

Tirtha Yatra

In the holy city of Haridwar where you are spoilt for choice of places to stay and eat Khanna Palace stands out at a place to avoid  at all costs because they can't even figure out how to make a simple dal fry appetising. Truth be told their basement where the buffet is laid out is oddly musty and univiting with lack of proper ventilation. Ate here twice and except for the desserts which were good everything else was so bad it felt better to fast than to eat there.

Avoid the food here at all costs

Stayed again and found same as two years ago. Quality of food is good. Though not a luxury hotel but has all the facility of a good hotel. Staff are polite and helpful.
Rooms are clean but having no balcony. Should have more light. Rooms are facing toward sides of hotel but will miss some natural sight.
Hotel is near by pass so do not take turn from Bhim Goda chownk.
Having sufficient parking and a separate room for drivers.
