If you guys really want some isolation and a sort of disconnect with this noisy world....it's perfect for you. The view from any of the rooms are very excited and very naturistic. Please take the private transportation as public transport nis unavailable and the timings are very rigid.

Hidden beauty

The view from this hotel is magnificent and the room are quite spacious and have balcony to enjoy the view of sunset and mountains. But this hotel is very isolated from the Dalhousie about 4 to 5 km. Service is also good.

Rooms & Location is perfect at this price.

Simple Awesome!
Unforgettable place. The view is what you dream about. A perfect place to chill with friends, family or a loved one.
The staff was very helpful and rooms were clean.

Awesome property

The third class hotel with disrectful staff ,don't ever stay at this hotel if you not want to ruin your hard earned money.
The Manager over there is most unprofessional staff i have ever seen in my life ,he never say YES to any requests of any special service .
We had a very bad experience with this hotel ,we booked this through online portal and room was with breakfast but at the time of check out the manager said we can't provide breakfast as we have limited source of eatable item ,even requested but he didn't listen ,we complaint there and there only from Oyo but even as we know OYO is just now don't care about their customers and there reply was so shocking at his reply they said that due to some technical issue ,we not able to find any information of your booking.
NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND NOW TRY TO IGNORE BOOKING THROUGH OYO.

Horrible Experience

I stayed at this quaint resort on my trip to Dalhousie. This is a very beautiful resort situated on beautiful hills of Chamba with splendid views from the rooms. They have a pool which gives straight views of the hills and sky. Their buffet breakfast is very good as well. They have a restaurant. The resort is small but it has a lot of cute corners. One can enjoy their meal on the terrace with beautiful views. Their rooms are spacious and good, the washrooms are also clean. Their service is good as well. They provide taxi services for sightseeing too. The only issue is that the location of the resort is not very good. It's a little far from main Dalhousie.

This resort on the hills is like a dream come true!

If you have own personal transport medium then it's good place to stay since You won't get any public transport for sighting Dalhousie visiting places.

Hotel is decent with least/No crowded.
You won't find any shop in 5km radius.

Worth to pay 2.5k per night(including meal) not more then that amount.

Very slient place with beautiful location but Very Far from main Dalhousie Land.

Didn't visit. However made a booking which I had to cancel afterwards. The people who manage are so bad, till date I have not recieved any refund. They don't answer phone calls or emails, totally fraudulent!!

Worst hotel

If you want an escape from the hustle-bustle of city life- this resort in Banikhet, Dalhousie is a place to be. With spectacular views of the hills from each from and great local food, this resort is very close to the main Dalhousie Town. I stayed there for two nights- the rooms are neat & tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful.

In fact, it was the Resort's Staff who told us about a Pass called the ''Sach Pass"- 150 kms from Dalhousie- the place is snow-capped for all months of the year, a tough road (built by the Indian Army) & it opens only during the months of June- August. The Pass provides connectivity to towns like Manali & Ladakh. It's a must visit.

Close to the hills, away from the hustle-bustle!

Guys please be very careful before doing booking in this resort and specially with advance payments.

After going through all the reviews on Trip advisor, Make my trip and other portals I finally decided to book 1 room for my parents for 3 days (11-13th June) stay in Atithi Resort. The booking was taken by Mr. Prashant (the only person responsible for all the bookings). He asked me to do a 50% advance payment and trusting him, I did the same and paid 8000/- advance through online. 

I have also taken a mail approval, just to be ensured of the same. So the entire booking was done on 28th May almost 10-12 days before.
Now, on 11th June when my parents reached the resort, the reception man, told them that there is no booking on their name. I asked my dad to cross check whether if the booking is on my name. Failing which I tried calling on this booking ivr no. Hoping to connect with Mr. Prashant, luckily i got to talk to him. 
I told him the same thing, that my parents are waiting at the reception, and the reception man is denying to give them the room. To my shock Mr. Prashant also denied and told me that mam he is right, we donot have any booking of yours.
After arguing with him and forwarding his confirmation mail, he said with a sigh " ok, lemme check and get back to you in 10 min".
After 1/2 an hour, I luckily received a call from Mr. Prashant that, sorry mam we have given this room to somebody else and we have reserved it for 12th n 13th but not 11th.
It was around 7:30 in the evening, when my parents were left with no other option as all the hotels were fully packed (due to peak season), n it was dark by this time, as its a hilly area. This resort is apparently situated 8-10km away from the main city. 
I called the ivr no. again , hoping to connect with Mr. Prashant and luckily I got connected. This happened eveytime when I called that ivr. Thats when I realised that Mr. Prashant is the only guy for booking. And the second shock was he sits in delhi. 
So this conversation went for an hour between Me- Prashant- Me- Reception Man( he was not at all ready to talk to Prashant so that both the staff members could have solved this situation, I also felt that Prashant could be an agent, who just does the booking for the resort).
I was regretting that because of the trust shown on Atithi resort, have put my parents in trouble.
Later, after literally shouting and continuous follow ups with Mr. Prashant, he gave this idea that we can 'HELP' your parents by providing them a room in some 'Sagarika' hotel (2star hotel with bad reviews). I strictly told Prashant, not to make my parents stay in such hotels. Than he suggested one homestay nearby Atithi. Looking at the criticality of situation, time and weather my parents decided to stay in that homestay which too had the worst services.
Anyways, the trip had almost got totally spoiled and seeing such irresponsible attitude of Atithi staff specially Mr. Prashant, my parents asked me to cancel the booking for other 2 days at Atithi.
Knowing his ruthless behavior and attitudr, Mr. Prashant dint pick up my call the entire day and the next day as well. Than he answered the called when I tried from other no... On asking why he was not attending my phone calls.. Mr. Prashany "may be i was busy with some work, thats why have missed the call". On being asked to refund the advance payment , he totally refused and started talking so rudely and ill mannerly. So basically the money is still stuck with him. 
I just want to request you all people to avoid going to this reaort and if at all even you are left with one option like me due to the unavailability of rooms in other hotel, than please donot give advance payment to the resort, because its never going to come back, Even if the mistake is of resort only.
And please please please beware of Mr. Prashant.
