Worst experience ever.water leaking from the bathroom continuously and no hot water facility.Room is badly maintained.Not recommended at all don't consider this for family stay. Light switch will be connected to tv and you can't switch on/off either alone.

Worst room 

Very good hotel for family'Morning breakfast is complimentary and really tasty.
Hotel has provided us free airport pick up from Hyderabad Airport and it's really very good for us.
Myself definitely recommend hotel for family and it is also in your budgets.

Trip

Had stayed here in the month of January for couple of nights, this review tries to portray a picture as real as possible, but overall the experience was not-so-great.

Let's talk about the positives first: 

The location is convenient, near to the railway station and centrally located. All the places that you would want to hit in Hyderabad are easily accessible. If you want to do some street-shopping then even that is possible here. 

The rooms are spacious, with ample room for moving around inspite of having a double bed in the room along with a writing table. It also has a little free space to entertain guests if you have them.

There's also an in-house travel desk.

That's about it. Let me highlight the negatives, hoping that the management would take a look at it a take it as a constructive criticism.

The rooms are dirty, I found cockroaches in the bathroom on. Unacceptable. The staff at the front-desk does not seem to be friendly. We had to request twice / thrice for the TV remote to be located, as it was not in the room. It was lent to a room that was occupied.

The restaurant is non-existant. You will get a choice of breakfast in the morning, but it is pretty standard fare. You might also be redirected to a joint (looks-like a road-side joint) connected to the hotel rather than the restaurant. We had to make do with warm-ish wada-sambar and associated stuff with lukewarm tea / coffee.

The restaurant also has a very rundown appearance to it. You would struggle to bring yourself to eat here.

Overall experience was not really very pleasant. It was OK, nothing more than that.

Great Accessibility but low on everything else

It's very centrally located. Is neat and clean and pretty comfortable as far as budget hotels go.
The food was average too.
Room service is good and the rooms spacious.
As its a budget hotel don't expect luxury but it's okay for a few nights

Central location 

I had long stay in this hotel. You can get a good parking space which is usually difficult to find in main city area. Train station as well access to the old city is very easy. Giving three ratings only because they have stopped the complimentary Breakfast which was very good. 

Good Hotel located in heart of city 

Executive rooms are big but house keeping is worst . there  are small cockroach  in bathroom. Rooms are  not maintained properly  . wifi connection in room is very low. Only Breakfast is good.
I will not recommend this hotel to stay

Good Rooms especially all the Executive and other rooms, very good service , best price and best hotel . This hotel is very near to all monuments and shopping areas easy to access from the all the routes.

Located in very prime location.

The reception boy is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well lit. Breakfast (including) comes in the form of a very appetizing vegetarian buffet where you can taste all the specialties of the regions of India. But there are also classic British or American breakfasts for learning stomachs. The same boy, after checking out, like we were with young children, himself allowed us to use the bathroom one last time before leaving. This is really the place where you want to go back. A, there is a restaurant where, one day after Ramadan, you can also enjoy the Hurdhairah on the evening of Ramadan, the Hurdhairah (predecessor to Islam) because I believe that you are from Iran and I believe that this is a very good place to use the bathroom.

a good hotel at a reasonable price

I was at Jaya International for 3 nights in January 2012. The room price was negotiable. I stayed for 1000 rupees per night (plus tax) in a huge double room with AC. The tiny balcony is nothing for overweight and only provides space to stand. The bed was large and very comfortable, bedding and towels were clean, the room was clean as well. Every morning there was a free English newspaper. Unfortunately, all the seals in the bathroom were leaking, so there was always a lake view.
