I was skeptical about this hotel due to the mixed reviews. They turned out to be all true. 
1. The staff really is rude. They don't pay heed to our requests
2. They bring breakfast from a small eatery opposite to the hotel and call it as complimentary breakfast. The taste just isn't good. 
3. When asked to provide a shampoo, they said shower gel itself is a shampoo. 

But , otherwise, rooms are pretty clean and smell nice. 

The management isn't good

I have stayed in the hotel on a business visit. I have asked them to give me bill for claiming the bill in office. They have given me booking voucher which is not valid for claiming the bill. I have been following up with the staff for getting the bill especially a person names Mr.Satya. 

Worst response from the staff.

Front Desk Recptionist Mr Zuber was rude and sarcastic, when pointed about I'll preparedness of the hotel and unsanitized conditions.. 
It was a big trouble to call them up repeatedly for setting right washroom blockage, setting right non functional TV, for which he was arguing that you must not be knowing how to operate the TV, that's why it is not functioning (for which they finally had to provide the correct remote and change the Set top box)..
This is depressing esp when you come to relax after a tough day of work..

Rude and sarcastic front Desk receptionist and manager, not ready to accept the hotels shortcomings..

This Hotel looks average from Outside. But Rooms are Nice for the price. Food is good but not many options. House Keeping and other staff are good as far as my conversation with them except the Front Office, almost he never had smile on his face which is not welcoming too. apart from that, rest all are ok at this hotel

Nice Stay

Not a bad hotel with budget call. Fast check in, clean rooms, good room service, attentive staff, nice food, swift check out, not too crowded; though buffet breakfast starts a little than scheduled; but worth it.

Good budget hotel

Recently stayed with family fron 11 - 15 Dec. 16.It was really a pleasant surprise to get the service and quality really better than expected. Rooms are cozy, clean n decent. Good room size very affordable in the heart of the city. Room service is very prompt. They serve buffet breakfast which has the variety but needs improvement in quality. Staff is very professional which can become little accommodative also. Overall a pleasant, comfortable stay in good price.

Nice Hotel for serene, confortable  stay

Indeed a hotel with very stylish interiors, comfortable rooms and great food. A hotel with convenient location .  Clean rooms . ProfessionaI staff .Ideal for tourists, business travelers as well as food lovers.

Comfortable Stay

The hotel was old fashioned (classic) with spacious reception, travel desk and very professional office staffs. The experience was above average with wifi (2/5), complimentary breakfast (2/5), TV and channels (4.5/5), view (2/5), food (4/5), AC (4/5), washroom (3/5), service (4/5) and neatness (4/5).
