Had a  Wonderful stay professional staff  have local knowledge of the city and food standard  operation procedures  are maintained as per Covid-19 guide lines . Its better to choose standard hotels like this ....

GOOD HOSPITALITY

when we arrived at hotel at 3 pm room wasn't ready , also on GO IBIBO they mentioned in images that AC is their in rooms , however their were no AC.
Also their is no food available in hotel.
Very poor service and false promises.

Pathetic service

When i initially arrived there was no one at the reception but the scenario quickly changed and Anil appeared, he was very kind and helpful with all matters of my stay. He even guided with me affairs of travel around the city. Overall my experience of Nirmal Villa has been great. You can always count on them to help you out at any odd hours. Considering the price i am very pleased with the services they provided.

Kind and Helpful

This was my second stay with Nirmal Villa..last time I came in November 2013 and stayed for over 10 days at their Vaantha Valley property...I would say that experience was very good...considering the same I booked it again but this time they gave me room at their Sri Bhag colony guest house... this was my short stay..just for 2 nights...the experience was PATHETIC...breakfast served was like a dog would also refuse to eat...WC was having no water...used water from bucket to flush...room was not cleaned, used utensils having leftover food was still lying in the room when I came back from office at night...towels were lying the way I left in the room...soap and water to drink was given after my repeated reminders....

I would not recommend anyone to stay at their Sri Bhag colony property...the vasanta valley property is much better than this...

Pathetic Service at Sri Bhag colony

With great reviews by our friends, I have booked this property at kondapur area with Cleartrip I'd 1403279323 for 1 day. The surprise thing is the attendant did not bothor to check for conformation Reciept. They did not ask any iD proof also.mthe breakfast is damn worst. The ultimate surprising thing is AC as not working. Though the attendant knows AC is not working, he allocated the room for us. Even though we have given complaint, no body is there to answer us. We spent all terrible hot summer day time and at last we decided to vacate the hotel. Then some one has come and told us they will give another room... This is such a f***** service I have ever seen, they saw we at struggling without AC and when we decided to leave, they offered another room. When I spoke to Cleartrip guy explained my situation, he was supporting the hotel guy and blaming me.
