Relaxing resort in midst of forest and greenery for recharging of mind and body. Good rooms with view of Rocky Mountains and dam . Facility consists of cricket ground ( net and turf covered , large ) , small swimming pool , snooker / pool/ board game room , large green lawn for outdoor breakfast and dinner , raised machan style beautiful dinning / snacking area with nice view . Ideal for a group and two three families together to spend  one to two nights of fun and enjoyment .

Recharge yourself in serene environment

The resort is very nicely maintained. Food is too yummy. Aakash is always there to help you with everything and anything you require while you are staying in the resort. Everybody is very friendly. 
Must visit for fun and quality time with your family/ friends/Loved ones.

Amazing Weekend getaway!

Please don't fall for the photographs, the place is in shambles.

1. Accessibility: You have to drive across an entire village to reach this place and the last 400-500 mtrs there's no road at all, and if you have a small hatchback a few people might have to get off.

2. Rooms:The staff at reception is clueless, they gave us the wrong room (lower grade) vs what we had booked. The rooms near the garden are called machan and are in in pathetic conditions (its like a duplex) and the room above just have a sofa cut bed which are broken and doesn't even have an AC.  When we raised a complaint we were finally shifted to the right rooms (F blocks) and it took them more than 1 hour to get the AC going and bed sheets were stained, the main sliding door wouldn't lock, broken glasses.

Late night the AC stopped working and there were rats in the room leading to sleppness nights for all.

3 Service: The room service staff are young boys who are hard working and that was the only plus point.

4. Ammenities: Pool, the water was so murky that you couldn't even see the bottom. They have a turf which is in pathetic condition and since you have a turf you are expected to keep basic sports stuff. It took them more than half hour to find a bat and a ball.

5. Food: Was better then expected but wouldn't recommend you to waste your money, time and effort for that

6. Owner: Pathetic person, when we raised complaints about the pathetic condition of room and property over phone he didn't care and instead threatened the guy at reception that if he offers any refund he will deduct the same from his salary.

Rarely do I write such negative reviews but this place is I pathetic condition and even worse the owners attitude made makes it worsw

Reaching the location is a task, last 900 meters road isn't there. Vehicle took a toll.

Parking area to reception area is slippery stairs. Had to be really careful while walking up.

Reception is a dark, shady looking place. Not lit well as well... This first intro to the resort killed my enthusiasm. Kids got scared already.

Checking in was smooth. Moved to the room. Spacious room with a balcony but everything needs upkeep and maintenance which was missing...

1. Bathroom Door handle broken
2. Balcony Door locks broken
3. TV remote not working
4. Dirty study table
5. Patchy paint work on the walls - gave a feel of A dilapidated building.

Food was covered in my package but it was very average food - both in terms of variety and quality of the ingredients.

No bills provided on check out. In room service was very slow with multiple reminders.

Won't recommend with family!!! 

Average resort with good location

This is one of the best resorts I have visited and have been there over 4 times now. Special mention for Mr Sethi and caretaker Mr Aakash. Very helpful and humble staff. Must visit during monsoon for great view and wonderful experience.

Nature leap is such a wonder place. We visited during rains and the climate, greenery was awesome. Never thought that there can be such a lovely place in interiors.
Celebrated my Husband's bday and they arranged eggless cake at 12 midnight.

Nature leap resort

The place is managed by Akash, who does everything to make you happy. The food is amazing, what so ever we had tasted well. The views from the machan were good. The turf is maintained and add's as an bonus to the visit. Rest facilities are ok at the Resort. The only thing that lacks is the rooms, they look old and not maintained. The bathroom is the worst. Over all not worth the money you spending on for a night. The concept of machan looks amazing but the cleanliness is low. 

Ok stay 

The resort has some awesome and breathtaking views from the rooms.  The facilities provided in the resort are average . The pool was not cleaned.  Although they provided us with bat ball for playing cricket.  The rooms are very low in standards with the geyser not working.  Worse mattresses nd the ac were leaking . The cleaning was also not upto the mark.  The worst part of our 2 days stay was the service offered by the resort staff , they were treatin us as if they are doing a favour on us whenever we asked me anything. If only they could change the attitude towards the customers this resort will be the numero uno resort in Igatpuri.
