I had booked a room at Hotel Bee Town for 2 people, my parents, that included free breakfast.

However on the next day, they wouldn't allow me, a third person to even have a light snack because they said the breakfast was for two. And I had been asked to pay an additional amount of TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY RUPEES even to have a bit of poha and tea.

Extremely unprofessional of Fab hotel Bee Town to not even allow a light snack to the guy who'd paid for the room because of the 'rules'

nothing like what is shown here. very dark, but clean though the bed linens are greyish and old. No towels given until asked for. No water bottles given on the 2nd day. 

food is just bad. the so-called complementary breakfast is really bad. not even a banana leave alone a juice or bread & jam. The dhokla was good in taste but the presence of too much mustard & dry curry leaves without any flavour had rendered it inedible. the sandwich filling was so stale or the mayonnaise was soapy, the poories were adequate but the potato curry was devoid of any potato pieces. 

has ordered some morning tea, but it was fo full of ginger juice that it literally burnt my throat!!  

Very disappointing

The hotel has zero hospitality and customer oriented approach. We booked this hotel from booking.com. When we went for checkin they were not giving us room by saying the site is showing too low price. We went there at 5pm wanted room only for 4 hrs as we had bus at 10pm and was planning to leave at 9pm. What we are suppose to do in this case. 

Whatever price was shown, we booked for that. This was their internal problem, for that they made us wait for half hr. They wanted money from booking.com or fab group to pay more and for that asked us wait in lobby with 2 small kids. We were so tired and frustrated with this. We had worst experience. We had done many hotel booking earlier, domestic and international as well but never had this experience.

Do not book this hotel directly, called them and verify about the fare from site is correct and then book it. Otherwise they dont allow checkin and make you wait in lobby.

Worst checkin experience. Hotel was saying online site is showing low price even though it was advance booking.

I stayed for a day, hotel services are so bad, staff is not responding to calls, rooms keeping is works. Also hygeine is poor, washrooms are dirty ,rooms are poorly maintained. Only thing good is room are spacious.

Poor service

I got lucky and get good deal in OYO group hotel Bee Town. stayed here two days with good experience.as usual hotel room was very good and spacious, room was very neat and clean. hrere i was impressed with staff service. they are really professional and know how to treat the customer. Thank you very much.

again best experience

A 3 star property ideal location near highway. Excellent place for self drive people. Ample parking place. Clean and spacious rooms. Limited but good breakfast. Ever smiling and helpful staff. Veg restaurant. 

Value for money

Bee Town is located strategically on main AB road in Rajendra Nagar, Indore. It is a budget friendly hotel with all basic amenities, a decent restaurant, party / banquet hall and an open-to-air lawn suitable for mid-size functions. It offers buffet breakfast with 2-3 breakfast dishes, which are varied every morning. 

The downsides are beds and AC - My room had a steel-spring mattress, which was not very comfortable and one could feel the springs while sleeping. The central AC's cooling was not very effective. Temperature did not go below 25 deg. celcius even after running it at full power.

The toilet flush was not working properly. Water was leaking into the bowl continuously from the flush's reservoir - hence it couldn't fill completely and when one pushes the flush button, there is no water pressure to flush down the toilet seat. The management said they would get it fixed by a plumber, but no one came to see it during my 3-night stay

Nice & clean budget hotel with all basic amenities

The location is very very far from mid-town Indore. It took us almost 1 hour to find the place.The  Help number could not guide our driver . We reached the place after checking with atleast 10 stops on the way   and several calls to the central help number and hotel team

BeeTown to far away

1. At the time of check in, i was handed over the room key by the front desk. i had to search the room in the first floor.  i expected some one to accompany till the  room. usually someone comes and explains you the features like a.c switch, t.v. remote, taps at the time of moving in (i didnt have much luggage. hence they would have thought that it may not be necessary. i saw those who carried heavy luggage were accompanied by hotel staff)
2. I ordered food at 10.30 PM. promptly delivered. i appreciate that. but i was woken up past midnight to get sign in the food challan.irritating
3.rest room didnt have buckets. i had to phone thrice to get one.
4. food quality though ok,  still  may be improved little more.
5. Didnt have any south indian menu/ any light food like poha option. that would help if we wish to have  very light food
6. ofcourse i understand that the nature of individual staff varies . The person whom i met at the time of checking out was very courteous and helpful. 
7. The staff at the breakfast table (it was a complimentary breakfast) was courteous.
8. it was a medium budget . cleanliness is very good. well furnished. near to main road. easy accessibility.
