The hotel is very good its location near to the bus stand the reception person is very good Mr. Kailash Mishra, the quality of food is very nice the staff is always ready to serve the guest with the smile. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at hotel shivani

The rooms were near and clean the property was quit old but it was decent the staff was very good and helpfull was there for hang around at Indore the city is very beautiful and clean same level they are maintained at the hotel highly recommended

Lovely property, had a smooth check in, rooms service is also quick, nice spacious rooms with necessary facilities, delicious food, the staff is also friendly in nature as well as helpful. I had a pleasant stay with Treebo Trend Shivani

Nice hospitality, hygienic rooms and toilet, good servce.... Comfortable stay...we came for a visit to the temples of north india, but here only this hotel is worth staying.... Not but the least the restaurant is also good..

Hotel Shivani, indore experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered. Highly recommend this place!

Good place to stay

The hotel rooms are good located near to bustand , all the locals convince you can get it. Receptionist staff are very good mr. Mishra was really helpful the quality of food is very good. Good hospitality

Good hotel

Not recommended for family, it basically for drunken people to drink and stay.  Right above bar and not a friendly environment.

No air conditioning and room smell like heavy smoking smell all time , no ventilation and poor service

great food, friendly staff, clean rooms and stay. city center location with accessible to the major markets of the city, near to the airport and the bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. all foods and drinks available in the hotel.. Happy Customer :)

amazing exprience

We were returning from Ujjain to Indore  and  based on photos posted on various booking websites we selected this hotel in Indore and that was a big mistake.
We reached Indore and checked in Hotel around 8.45 PM om 28th Oct 2022. Room no 208 which was on third floor of lift was allotted to us. When we reached room with hotel attendant  we found the corner room with
 1 dirt and dust all over the floor of room
 2 bed linen not fresh means old used linen which they wanted us to use
  3 Bath room door mat as dirty as in phot enclosed 
 4 A broken chair for sitting.
5 Bath room curtain was full of fungus.
Having called up the reception they said this is the last room available .Take it or leave it. I asked either you refund my advance payment or give me another room. After this ultimatum they got into sense and shown me another room which had two singe bed put up in two corners of room and the room itself was looking like store converted to guest room.
So they finally got the room sweeped  while we waited and even attendent cleaner  said it is so dirty to  clean. He said he can only put a new sheet under the blanket apart from bed sheet. He cleaned the tea making kettle also which seemed not cleaned for ages.
They gave only one water bottle for two people and on demanding another bottle of water they charged. It was 9.45 by then.
Next morning in bath room no hand towel and bath room floor tiles was also similar to wall tiles mean highly slippery as floor tiles are always non slippery type. We old couple just managed to survive in that bath room.
11.30 AM we just walked out.
my Question is to Treebow chain also which claims to run hundred of hotel to verify the details above and disconnect from this hotel to avoid earning bad name for your booking for this hotel.
Honestly next time even if I am paid money to stay in this hotel will refuse as to me safety of my life  from mishap and likely sickness from using a dirty  room with slippery bath room is more important
