Good property, rooms are clean & hygienic, service provided by staff is good, Food was tasty, stayed foe one night & had a great stay there, Thanks to Feel India Tours & Travels for booking my stay here.

Good Place to Stay

The location is convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is good. The basement banquet hall is small and approach is not easy and clean. The party halls on 2nd and 3rd floor are better located and quite nice.

Place for Family Functions

We stayed there in July when we can to Indore to attend the marriage of a friend's son. The bride's father had booked the rooms and they were also staying there. All the functions were also held in the same hotel. In fact, for the Bharaat, we started off from the hotel gate, went a short distance, made a U turn and came back to the hotel to be welcomed by the bride's team!
The rooms were neat and comfortable, but the service was non existant. Since we were is such a big group we did not mind, since most of the time we were in each others' rooms. The staff at the reception would simply evade our requests and the rest of the staff in the hotel did a permanent disappearing act!
In the main function, being held in the conference room, it was completely self service right from searching for the AC switches to switching on the ACs, to setting up the chairs for extra guests. 
The food variety was nice, and food was good. However, all the food arrangements were made for us specially, so we did not get to eat in the restaurant as a normal guest would.
The hotel had parking for a few cars, but when the local guests arrived for the function, then parking became an issue.

Wedding Function in July

We organised a wedding there.
AC was not working in any room or hall despite several complaints.
Bathroom and towels were not clean.
Even in final settlement they asked for more money then justified in name of tax, which was already in the package.

All in all a bad experience, will never go back.

Poor AC, inappropriate business practices

I had booked 26 rooms 11 on 13th and 26 rooms on 14th June  for barat of Girls from LUCKNOW on 13th and we and our guests on 14 th not a single guest was satisfied with their centralised room ac. 1st Ganesh Pooja hosted in 3rd floor hall ac operated after arrival of all our people at 8.00 am upto 18.00 hrs they people could not cooled it end of marriage programne .No one or anyone was satisfied Reason centralised ac And hot weather outside.So ac is poorest due to their centralised ac. At 3rd floor wash room was no light they repaired it 19.30 which was in vain for us as we left at 18. Hrs for our next recieption programme at 20.00 pm.
At 2nd floor ac was in same position as centralised ac and Flush of wash room not in working without help of their Sweeper you can not flush. On 3rd floor we forgot 3 items 1) Steel Pooja thali 2) one packet of sarees 3)one bedsheet blue color and one Indian sweet packet of 1 kg left in Maharaja Banquet Not a single item found by them in lost item .No doubt food  breakfast is very good and we are being charged a handsome amount. It’s a good place for Finction or Marrige party not for stay .No drinking water service in rooms even glass not supplied.No towels and and other bathroom service provided. And above all all Manager think Public is illiterate and can be drive by one Stick They have to change their mentality

Booked for family function on my son marriage on 13th and 14th June 2019

Visited for a marriage party. Hotel committed 9am checkin for 50 rooms, but keys were handed over in installments and that too after 11am til 1pm.  Rooms were dirty, not cleaned,  Towels were filthy.  In many rooms toiletries were not there.  Housekeeping was not attending calls.  Marriage party first function to start at 10am.  Banquet hall was not ready til 12 noon.  AC was started after 12 only. Common toilets were not clean. Clearing after services were not there. Sleep quality very bad. I think it's better to avoid this hotel as there are many better hotels in Indore. 

Worst service,  Non professional management. 

It is located on the busy Indore - Dhar road .
The USP is the location , as it is located near the monuments of  architectural & historical importance ( 3.5 km from Lal Bagh palace Indore & 3 km from the famous Rajwada & 3.5 km from Krishnapura Chhatris ) & is also near the food hub of Indore - Sarafa Bazaar which is famous for its Street food market that is a makeshift food zone set up every night . It is also near the popular shopping destination Maharaj Tukoji Rao Holkar Cloth Market which is a shopping hub for wholesale goods.
Ola rides are easily available even during night. 
But, if you wish to visit Central Museum Indore or the popular Chhappan Dukan , Khajrana Ganesh Mandir , or Vijay nagar , the most posh area of Indore that has many reputed restaurants & cafes , you have to travel almost 11- 12 km which is difficult as the people of Indore do not follow any traffic rules & driving in Indore is really a nightmare. 
The hotel apart from the main building that houses 50 rooms also has an annexe building . 
We stayed in the suite room . Check - in was smooth . There are 2 Elevators - one each on the extreme ends of the long corridor , but, the waiting time is too long. 
Hotel has 24x7 power supply .
The room was spacious but the washroom was very small. 
The hotel provides centrally heated water but , hot water supply is erratic & mostly you end up having a cold shower. 
The toiletries consist of soap , shampoo & moisturizer . Linen is OK .
The seating area is spacious as well & has a separate AC & privacy is ensured by a ground glass partition b/w the seating area & the bedroom  . 
It also has a dining area & a study area as well .  
This hotel mainly caters to wedding parties & other celebratory functions & unfortunately the hotel guests are unimportant . 
Room service is very slow. Staff is very lazy.
Intercom facility is out of order . 
The hotel has a fast food outlet - Baton Baton mein on the ground floor that serves tasty snacks & bakery items. The paper Dosa tasted very good.
Also , as the hotel is run by the famous Apna Sweets Food chain of Indore , this outlet also sells famous Indore Namkeens. 
The 1st floor houses 2 restaurants - Jee Bharke restaurant & Buffet restaurant Swaruchi. 
Jee Bharke restaurant has an extensive menu , but sadly most of the items are unavailable. Only the dishes that are popular in the wedding / party menu are available. We ordered for Shahi papad roll & Apna palace special thali which included papad & tomato soup. The food tasted good.
Swaruchi Restaurant mainly serves buffet breakfast.
1st floor also has a conference hall Mantrana 
The 2nd & 3rd floor house the banquet halls viz. Shubh & Laabh respectively & luxury & executive rooms . Also, have arrangement to hold kitty parties.
The 4th floor houses 2 suite rooms viz. Riddhi & Siddhi & executive rooms .
Apart from this , the ground floor has a lawn for hosting wedding functions - Jalsa . The lower ground floor houses the Mayur vatika , another venue for functions. 
Apart from these, the hotel itself is surrounded by many marriage palaces.
So, it is easy to imagine the quality of sleep . 
The hotel premises have a spacious parking,  but , it becomes difficult to find a proper parking spot when the hotel is hosting multiple functions simultaneously , which is common during the peak wedding season Jan & Feb.

Very poor sleep quality

Rooms are not good, staff behaviour very very bad, my suggestion don't waste your time and money. 
In online photos looking good but actually not good maintains..very old hotel and not maintains .
Hotel people not bathers about guest 
I think people are uneducated
