06.10.2022 (10:57pm) wanted to check in Vachi inn & meet Jitendra in reception but they showed us the room and wanted to hold one night and same was asked for late checkout but he didn’t..
As per the hotel standard checkout time is 12:00 he told me that check out time is 11:00..
How come it’s 11:00?????
I ask for hotel manager but he said they don’t have manger & he said that he is manager.
Being a manger Mr.Jitendra has to know how to deal with guest.

They should not keep the Lord Buddha out side the door..
That’s shows how people disrespect the god..
Humble request to Vachi team to keep Lord Buddha inside or better not to keep.

Pathetic

Comfortable  stay with good amenities. I heard about Vachi Inn through a friend and the stay was within budget. Connectivity to the airport and city is good. It has roof top restaurant and bar 😊.The staff are professional. I hope they maintain the standards.

Sweet and comfy

really poor policies regarding payments, they will not clarify you in the beginning on how the payment is done and also even if you try to ask them about their payment policies the staff will not speak a word as they themselves are not aware about it.

Very Poor Policies!

I have visited at Hotel Vachi Inn in July'19, it was my business visit. My experience was hotel at very good also i had done the dinner & breakfast. Taste of food and hospitality is also very good. I'll advice to stay.

Visited at Hotel Vachi Inn

we were stayed two hotels in Jaipur. this hotels experience was not good compare to the other hotel. rooms are nice and clean but staff is slow in their work. otherwise this one is Average hotel. i will not recommend anyone for this hotel.

Premium Malviya Nagar

Stayed in the Oyo hotel for 3 nights in December during festive season. Before booking the hotel we confirmed twice if an extra bed will be provided and the person at reception confirmed there will be extra bed. After we booked the hotel the receptionist went back on commitment saying they provide extra 4 inch thick mattress only. We requested Oyo too but no good support from them either as we got a reply that if bed is availabe it will be provided else not. After reaching the hotel we were given a very very hard mattress. But the staff was nice enough to provide two mattresses so that person sleeping wont feel cold from the floor.

The breakfast was very good and it was nice to eat on the rooftop of the hotel to enjoy our breakfast. 

Regarding the check out we were told that we owed around some amount to the hotel let us say X amount. But we had only ordered tea and not much food from the hotel so we had a very good idea about the amount. When confronting at the desk asking for receipts of the bills we were right, the hotel staff was trying to charge 400 rupees extra and thinking as we were in a hurry we wont ask for bills or receipts as they deliberately kept the checkout delayed so when our cab came thats when they settled the bill. 

So please be careful to check your bills and ask for recepits and even asking for recepits they will keep delaying so that you might forget about collecting bill or receipt to get a proof.

The hotel is quite near to Airport so location is okay but it is a bit away from main city and away from all famous historical places and tourist locations.

Mixed experience

Very unprofessional... Cancelled the party for extra money from someone else... Very irresponsible and unreliable... Would not recommend even at free of cost...horrible experience... lack of professionalism...

Horrible experience 

We stayed in these hotel for 3 days. Hotel service is zero. For water we need to call more than 3 times & need to wait half hour or more to get service.

Breakfast food quality was also worst. No proper taste and need to wait to get tea. Staff simply standing and not refilling the empty bowls of foods.

No towel provided in hotel after room service. After coming to hotel at night we need to beg for towel and shower kit by calling room service and reception. 

Room wash room where not clean and room drawer was having spoiled banana peel with fungus which gives very dirty smell. Room tv remotes are broken and old that we cant even see the buttons.

Only advantage of hotel is location. Main GT central mall and gaurav tower is walking distance.

Average hotel

Booked this hotel through OYO Rooms. Rates Rs 42,00 for 2 nights. The location is very good.opp to WTP mall in malviya nagar. It was said to be primium hotel but it isn't. it has very narrow reception area. Hotel staffs are little ok but manager seems very unpleaing and behaves like a frustrating person. he is little old not sure if this is due to age or what. Room was not available on time but they prepared it in 10 minutes. Rooms and washrooms are very small. washroom has several issue. tap is leaking. Fyi they do not provide tooth brush kit only soap and body lotion. Do not keep high expectations. If you have time to think and book do some research better deals are out there at lesser price. my colleague in Sindhi capm availed @1500/night same day. Thanks
